I was greater by a friendly employee and served by a very nice server. The food was hot, it came out quickly. I was pleasantly surprised considering this location has been here several years and I drive by often. I should have taken a picture of my meal because the appearance was welcoming. The coffee was my only complaint, it was bitter. I suggest stepping it up with good quality lattes and coffee which would bring in more clientele that hasn't been here before
I'd say Perkins is a strong 3, maybe a soft 4. Its Perkins - is the food good, yeah it's not bad but it's nothing out of the ordinary. For the price, it's actually pretty good. I will day this location could use some more staff on the weekends. The staff here is always nice, but they all seem spread thin as can be. Don't be surprised if there is a wait on the weekends either, goes quick but this location is very busy for brunch.

I’ve been living in TX for a decade now. Perkins is one of the must visit places for me to eat when I go back home. I try to visit enough to try as much as I possibly can on the menu. The presentation of the food looks almost exactly like the menu pictures. The service is always fast and friendly no matter which location I go to.
