Chicken was cold
The posted hours clearly said they were OPEN, and there were multiple employees sitting right there in the lobby. There was also a handwritten sign at the drive-thru saying “Exact Cash or Card,” so obviously I assumed the restaurant was operating. Yet I sat at the microphone for nearly 10 minutes and not one employee bothered to say they were closed.

Service poor just left from there the young lady playing in her hair getting people food very unsanitary . The manager is just sitting there not saying a word. It's ashame they need a new staff and management
