I genuinely liked Popeyes, but they have gone downhill in many ways. First, the customer service in the stores needs to get better. Your staff including management have horrible attitudes and do not know the meaning of good customer service. The food is not consistent. One day it is good and another day it is bad. The workers wasn't doing their jobs. They were all outside and in the lobby hanging around being disrespectful cursing, walking in out out the restautant while their was customers in the restaurant trying to place an order. It took awhile for me to get my order it was very unprofessional and not clean at all in the lobby at all on 76 and silver spring.
