Sheehans an interesting place, and it is not that Irish pub you might expect. Although there could be Irish influence, it's pretty much a dive bar. And there's nothing wrong with that. Dive bars are a wonderful part of Wisconsin culture. You'll find good cold beer and friendly people. It's an occasional stop And generally pretty enjoyable.
I just moved to the area and have been looking for a bar to call "home"... I think I found it today. My mom and I went in for Bloody Mary's and they were delicious. Everyone was so welcoming. I will definitely be back!
