Good Que and sides. A bit tight inside (not to mention parking) but we'll worth a visit.
Outstanding BBQ! Great staff and quick service. TRY IT OUT!
Stoped in on our way north for some to go BBQ! Did the 3 choice meat's, and a order of the bbq Mac n cheese, everything was fabulous! Had the tips, smoked turkey was fabulous just was finished when we sat down, front large door to street was open allowing the NE lake breeze in, the wonderful smoke bbq aroma filling the restaurant, bar service spot on! Everything was very good for real BBQ in Wisconsin!

Smokin' Jack's BBQ (Murray Ave) is a breath of fresh air for a city seriously lacking barbecue spots. The food is amazing, with everything smoky, tender, and full of flavor. The 3 choice meat's, tips, and smoked turkey were fabulous, so tender and juicy. The brisket was like butter, and the rib tips were amazing. The best bbq ribs & wings, and even the mac and cheese was eaten by a picky eater. The sauce stole the show, especially the Alabama White Barbecue Sauce, which is an insanely good pairing with the fries. The $17 1/2 ribs are a good and fair value, though the fries seemed too few to count as a side. The service was warm and attentive, with staff knowledgeable about the food and area. Jack, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming. The cocktails were excellent. The place had a great feel, relaxed and comfortable, with the wonderful smoke bbq aroma filling the restaurant. Everything was very good for real BBQ in Wisconsin, and the Texan brisket sandwich was amazing. Will definitely recommend and return.
