Sweet Smoke BBQ Food Truck is the best BBQ place in MKE. The brisket is sliced to order, tender & juicy, full slices that hold onto the bark, and a smoke ring to attest to its presence without being overpowering. Choice of lean, fatty (aka wet, marbled), or a mix of both - served with pickled onions, pickles, signature sauce, & thick sliced white bread. The brisket brings taste buds back to the good ol' sweet taste of the famous Texas Brisket. The ribs are fall off the bone and the pickles and sauce are so tangy. The pork belly biscuit with peach-pepper jelly is insaneeeee. The pulled pork is also a winner. The barbecue is full of flavor, always tender, and consistently delicious. The folks running it are extremely friendly—always greeted with a smile. Everything on the regular menu and many specials is great. Excellent presentation with the brisket. Flavor was good. Texture was excellent.
