“The staff are very friendly, and while there is a mild language barrier they are usually kind. The soda machine often doesnt work, but they are always happy to fill our drinks up behind the counter. It's kept relatively clean though they could check the play area more often. Overall, this is a pretty laid back and quiet Mcdonalds. Also, weve gotten the wrong food or missing food a few times but they are always quick to fix the issue.“

“A huge shoutout to the Cross Plains Culver's team! We were there when the storm sirens went off today. They were so kind and helpful when we all had to go into the basement. We learned there are only a few Culver's that have basements! We waited out the storm and staff was super friendly to my 3-yr old during what could have been a scary experience. When the storm passed they all jumped back into action helping customers and making food. I'll be back thanks to the kindness of the team.“
