“I was having a horrible day on vacation due to issues with our hotel. Without knowing any of this a lovely absolute angel of an employee came around to ask if our food was OK and we sat and had a 15 minute conversation about random stuff. She took some of my stress away simply by just asking a few questions and making sure our food was good. I'd return if back in the area for sure!“
“This is about as good as a brew pub gets. Closest comparison is Deschutes Brewery in Portland Oregon. Excellent pub fare and remarkably good (i.e., great) beers.Don’t expect fine dining, but pub food doesn’t get much better than here. Outstanding service. We drive from Madison to trollville to enjoy ourselves here.“
“I know this place has its ups and downs. There have been complaints lodged against this place that I cannot comment on because I haven't experienced them for myself. At the time of this writing, I know they're short staffed but they are able to consistently get food out in a reasonable time and with good accuracy.“

“One of my favorite places in Mount Horeb. Don't miss open mic night on Thursdays. Their ciders are so good, and the food is delicious. Everything is farm-to-table, so the menu specials change frequently. I like that I know I am supporting local farmers.“
