Rosati's Pizza offers a lively and enjoyable atmosphere, especially on game days, where customers can watch NFL games while enjoying delicious food. The location across from the Speedway Menard's is popular among locals, with many appreciating the pizza by the slice and customizable toppings. Despite some initial customer service issues, such as long wait times and limited topping options at certain locations, the owner has shown kindness by personally delivering hot pizza and Tiramisu dessert, and explaining staffing challenges. The staff at the restaurant are generally very friendly, and customers often leave satisfied with their orders. For pizza lovers, trying the “well done” option is recommended for a slightly extra crispy crust. Overall, Rosati's Pizza is a place known for good food, a fun environment, and friendly service, with a strong community feel.
