“Visited Urban Modern Kitchen with the husband to celebrate our anniversary and we had an absolute wonderful dining experience! Our waiter (unfortunately I forgot his name) was amazing and VERY personable. He made us feel important and he accommodated our every need. The food was amazing as well and it was prepared super fast! We didn’t have to wait long at all after we ordered. I got the Greek Bowl, husband got the Mexican Bowl. My husband can be picky, so I was a little nervous if he would like the food, but he loved it! We also shared some nachos, which he really liked as well. Everything from food to experience was top notch! Thank you!“

Two of us had the Flat Iron, and both said it was one of the best steaks we have had - juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, and the potato served with it...delicious!! Cant wait to come back!! “This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Appleton area. However, I was disappointed with the front-desk folks’ lack of creative thinking and can-do attitude. When I called before arriving, I mentioned the number of people in my party and mentioned that I will also need a high chair. He said nothing available inside but patio is open and lots of seats are readily available. When we arrived, he was right, nobody was sitting in the patio. Bad news came after we were taken to our table, “sorry, we don’t have high chair available for at least another hour!” I understand that this may happen, but why do you tell me 5 mins before I arrive that you have everything available? Very disappointing, but this is even more disappointing when it comes from one of my favorite restaurants and I had guests with me.“

“Hey, it is an airport bar, so don't expect typical, low Wisconsin prices but still cheaper than most airport lounges. Nice selection of local beers and a very friendly staff of bartenders. Variety of food options for all times of the day.“

“I held a baby shower in the Malt Room which is a very nice venue. Working with Beki the Event Manager, Hallie the Assistant Event Manager, and Hannah our attendant, all were wonderful!!! From the beginning when I booked my event to the day of, I was impressed with the customer service, very accommodating & responsive. Our food was all good and fresh. I would highly recommend!!!“

“We came in with a large group of softball girls and they were willing to accommodate our group, were fast and on top of everything! The food was great, drinks were great, and the owner was super nice!
Kid-friendliness: The owner was so sweet! Our softball girls were trying to win ducks. She put in money for them and gave them some tips! She was super and very appreciative! Will definitely come back when we play in the area!“
