“We absolutely loved The Orville! Went to celebrate my husband's birthday and Valentine's Day, but decided to skip the hustle and bustle of V-Day. Sam was such a sweet and attentive waitress, couldn't ask for better service! We had the best artichoke dip I've ever had, I think it was the grilled toast that really did it, but the dip was amazing too! I had Lobster Mac & Cheese and my husband had a beautiful salmon dish...both perfect, and can't wait to have the leftovers from my Mac (huge chunks of lobster!). I had a lavender martini, simply lovely and delish! Tried my husband's old fashioned and yummmm to that too, had a cinnamon twist to it. We'll be back, hands down. And the ambience and lighting make for a very romantic time. Oh and they gave my husband a birthday card that everyone signed! Gave him a choice of dessert, just so sweet, no pun intended. It would be hard to find a better salted caramel creme brulee. Then since we had a late reservation Sam so kindly said we could take all of the remaining roses 🌹 🌹 🌹. They smell heavenly. Thank you all, we're so excited to have found you, when I heard it was the sister restaurant of The Norbert I knew it would be fantastic, but that's an understatement!!!“

“The whole restaurant and property is beautiful! Darling lake cottage feel with an elegant touch. Service is consistent and very friendly. Everything is better with the staff who are all smiling. The food is yummy and overall solid at a good price point. I think they've done a wonderful job pricing their menu for the food an atmosphere. Mother's Day Brunch was so lovely and I commend Timmer's for pulling off such a big event for families. I can't wait to see what the summer brings. Love that they take reservations too! “Well done, Gary's Place! We had dinner at Gary's Place as part of our company Christmas Party and the service was outstanding. Our server took care of drinks and food for 24 like a well oiled machine. Shout out to Brenda - she was amazing! Good food, great service, what more could you ask for?“

“I called Sunday last week to set up a proposal and Wes, the owner, was extremely willing to work with me. He contacted the Saturday evening piano player to request a song, a ROCK song, for me. He accepted my request and modified it for the atmosphere and absolutely KILLED IT! He even gave us the sheet music for it! I ended up deciding to have a more private proposal but we were celebrating our anniversary anyways and he was still very accommodating.
The food was delicious, I definitely recommend the orzo and the jalapeno ranch sauce was delicious for the corn fritters!

We will definitely be back as future husband and wife and at some point after our marriage is official!

“Our very favorite place for breakfast. Food is always fast, good, hot, a quantity that’s filling, and at a more than fair price. The owner is the cook, the help he hires is attentive & friendly. The place holds 40 people max and still (as a rule) provides the same excellence. You won’t be disappointed.“
