“It's such a cute little place! Kate runs both Orenda Outdoors and Kate's Place, all in one building. Orenda Outdoors is the place to check out if you love being outdoors, going kayaking, and more. They have rentals and do kayaking tours. Kate knows when the water is in good condition for it and will make sure you have a wonderful experience! Kate's Place is the place to go if you want a chill moment to have a drink and relax. I highly recommend this amazing spot!“

“I’ve never written a review before but this place made me want to. When my partner and I first moved to west bend we got take out from dooleys and I’ll be honest it was the best. Tonight we tried it in person and the food was phenomenal!! Rose was our waitress and she was very attentive and so kind. Great music and just all around a lovely place. “On Wednesday it's all you can eat smelts. I love this place, I've only been to this place 2 times and plan to go often. I have loved smelts since I was a little girl and now I was told about this place from my next door neighbor that knows that I love smelts. They open at 11:00 a. m. But you have to make a reservation it will be best because it will get packed fast.Parking: Small parking lot“
“Heileman's is one of those WI bars that you expect when you live there and miss when you move away.Let's be serious- it's never going to be more than a place to pop in and either grab a quick drink or sit a spell and talk with the locals because you have to know it's here or be with someone who knows it's here.On my most recent visit, we were on the lake and decided to pull up to the dock and walk across the street to visit with friends who were at the bar. There is no signage on the lake so I guess you just have to know where to go. A quick walk up the hill and across the street and you find yourself in a little slice of Wisconsin complete with an outdoor volleyball court and I think they were playing cornhole on the day I was there.Drinks are well poured and the beer is cold and flowing. What else do you need in Summer in WI?“
“This was our first stop for our bar crawl for my birthday. This was amazing. Staff was friendly and talked with you like you were long-time friends. People who were already the were friendly and saying hello to us as we walk in. The people who came in after spoke to us like friends. Loved this place. If I could give it more stars I would. This place started my birthday off right!“
“Best Fish Fry I've had in a long time! Cod and Perch were both awesome, slaw and tartar were great, giant soft piece of buttered rye. Mozz sticks were huge and so crispy! 10/10 on everything. Definitely recommending this place to others!“
“We had seen a lot of positive feedback on a local Facebook group and wanted to give this place a try. We ordered wings and a pizza for takeout. Per the menu pricing on their website this should have been $26 (pre-tax) and seemed like an excellent value. When I arrived our order came out to $34 (post tax and ~$1 credit card fee). I didn't think to question it until after I left with the food and of course didn't ask for or receive an itemized receipt. This seems $5-6 higher than it should have been. Either prices have increased and the website needs to be updated or we were overcharged.All that being said, the food was excellent. My wife loved the honey BBQ wings and the pepperoni pizza was one of the better bar/tavern pizzas I have had. The food was worth the price that we paid, I only wish the website pricing was accurate as that factored into choosing this place over another.“
“Excellent fun place, but it is set up to be a little crowded while bowling. The people that came in next to us were super angry that my granddaughter and her friend were sitting in what were 2 unused chairs at an unused lane. But, definitely going back.“

“This bar is different things rolled into one. By day it's your average small town bar where everyone knows each other's name and just goes there for a drink and hang out. On Friday and Saturday night it turns into a dance club where people from all over town, and of numerous ages come to hang out and have a good time to blow off steam. The bouncers and the bar owners don't have to work too hard for security because the regulars are usually pretty good about. Just hanging out and reminding everybody you're here to have a good time and nothing else. Would definitely recommend morning noon or night.“
“Jokers 5 has pretty yummy food. Like their fish fry, those are the best. They have almost every kind of fish, except for fish fillet and fish sticks, but that’s okay. It’s still pretty yummy and I love to eat fish. Unless there’s too many bones. Then that’ll be a problem. They have other yummy foods too, but mostly fish and fries. The employees are nice and helpful to us, but the wait’s can be a little long sometimes. So we just gotta sit and wait. A little loud too. Not too loud though. Other than that, it’s a decent place to eat at. Please go there sometime. Hope their business can stay opened.????Parking: It’s pretty easy to find parking, but with the snow, it gets kinda tricky. So please park your car behind the building.“
“I freaking LOVE Blondiepop, it's always a really fun time! One thing that would enhance the experience for me would be more games/things to do. And of course, live events! I also wish the West Bend bars would organize a local shuttle - no ubers available late at night makes getting home dangerous! Overall though, Blondiepop is a rad place to party!!!“

“You gotta come for the fish fry! Great portion sizes and tasty flights of drinks so you can try different flavors. Nice patio in the warmer months too. They're usually always busy though so expect a wait especially if you're coming on a Friday or Saturday.“

“I wasn't expecting much until I walked in and saw the blonde hair waterfall That was the mullet rockin bartender, whose eyes I could not get out of. I usually don't swing that way, but for him I might reconsider. Especially after a delicious cold beverage that they often serve at this location with a side of chicken wings and ranch dipping sauce. “Food was great! Came for tochi night. One complaint is service— stood in the entry way and at the bar for 15 minutes before anyone spoke to us. Looked at us multiple times but nothing said. No one told us to seat ourselves. Overall poor service, would’ve been nice to have been acknowledged or checked in on during the meal.“
