“Korner-Q’s was recommended to us by a friend, for hamburgers. We arrived late, and hamburgers were sold out. My husband ordered the chicken tacos, which were so tasty! The portion size was perfect, too, not too much with lots of fillers found at other restaurants. But the best part of our experience was meeting the owners. We chatted with Terry for a bit. What a lovely man! He talked about the business, decisions they’ve made, balancing family with work in a very strategic way. They have devoted customers, and we could see why. They knew everyone by name! Terry is known for his BBQ. His menu is smaller intentionally, well curated to show off his best dishes. We will certainly be back, and bring friends with us!“

“We went to Wise Guys Thursday at North 48. It was such a fun night with great service and amazing cocktails.
North 48 also has a huge liquor selection and fresh juices for mixed drinks which I thought was a really nice touch.“

“Family style business serving up unique delicious recipes. Ordered the shrimp and grits and Philly cheesecake egg rolls. Came out lightning fast, and worth every penny paid.This is not a place to go when you're feeling like eating someplace fancy. The building has a history to it that shows in the classic homey bar way. This IS a place to go when you just want to sit at a bar enjoying fantastic soul food spins and get away from the typical bar food fare.Food was so tasty, it all disappeared before I even thought of taking a photo. So instead I'm attaching a photo of the food from my neighbor who ordered the fish and attests to it too being delicious“

“Came in 2/16/24 with group of 7. We all loved our food - especially the shrimp appetizer with Asian slaw! Our drinks were wonderful, and we loved our bartender, Tucker, along with all the other staff. I asked if they had stuffed blue cheese olives for my martini and they didn’t have any but made some for me!! We’ll definitely be returning.“

“I went to visit my cousin who recently move to the area from CA. I live in Arizona and researched bars in the area. This was rated high so I went. All I can say is that this place is awesome! “This is a spot my family and I frequent quite often. We love the atmosphere and especially the staff. They are always friendly and welcoming and make us feel at home. It is like one big family there, they remember you and always make you feel special. The food is terrific! We love the Friday fish fry with potato pancakes and their clam chowder is delicious! My son is crazy about the Mac and cheese. Their burgers are great as well and they have a special on Thursdays and they are only $8.95. (They even have gluten free buns if you prefer that!) They have wing nights on Tuesdays and bingo every other week which is always fun. 10/10 would recommend!!!“

“A bowling alley with a sizable bar area and decent bar food. Service can be slow at times however the bar tenders are friendly. Karaoke on Friday nights pulls in a crowd, and is entertaining most times. There is a enclosed outdoor smoking lounge area that has heat and seating which is a nice feature if you are a smoker. Overall a comfortable place to relax and have a few drinks.“

“Wonderful gem in Brookfield, off the beaten path. Perfect location, close enough to metro area,but far enough away to give it a friendly neighborhood bar feel. Staff are friendly, efficient and professional. Had a small get together there and it turned into a bigger party than expected. I was impressed by how the waiting staff were able to accommodate us and make everything work out, very impromptu ! The food is exceptional and priced reasonably. NOT UNDERSTAFFED, so the service is very prompt and effective. Friendly atmosphere 🤗“
