“Had been to this place when it was called Saloon 247, new owners did a nice "make over" of the place. Not large but "cozy" inside. Cool little place to stop for a beer or cocktail. Met the new proprietors and their pooch (Lola B I believe was the pooch's name), nice folks, engaging with customers which is always a good thing.“
“A Hartland landmark for decades. Though a bar shares a view of the front, there is a clean we'll lit dining room, toward the back past the billiard table and pinball machines you will indulge. The food comes fairly quickly these years and the specialty prime rib sat. nites are worth putting on your calendar. On top of the delicious fish, the enormous servings and the potato pancakes, trust me this is a place to hit up! Best value out there for fish fry or plump burger lunch and a bloody.“
“We had a party of 3 last night. I wanted to try something different and saw they had gluten free options. Best decision ever!Elle our server was fabulous. The Seafood Linguine was to die for. Best gluten free pasta I have ever! Plus the chef made sure it didn't have any dairy. The sauce, oh my. I want the recipe, hehe.Decor was fun and sophisticated. Can't wait to go back.Dietary restrictions: Gluten and dairy free.“
“Loved it. I would give it more stars if I could. We were there at around 6:30 pm on a Saturday night. Our wait time for a 6 top was about 30 minutes. The bartender was friendly, fast, and attentive even with it being busy. The service was outstanding. She was fun, knowledgeable, and efficient. Recommend certain dishes over others, and she was not wrong. A++“
“What a friendly neighborhood bar. Clean and pretty comfortable. Ok selection of drinks. But the food!!!!!The wings and some of the best around and the other food looked great as well.Huge wings...my finger was trying to show size. They were meaty but not greasy or drowning in sauce. Perfect.“
“Truly "Where everyone knows your name". Staff are all friendly, it's always clean, the patio is beautiful, the community ties are incredible! It's always a comfortable place to relax! The events and charitable giving are so incredible! I can't ay enough great things about this local business! Thank you Destiny and Ryan, I always feel welcome here!“
“Excellent menu, wonderful service and a creative drinks menu! We asked several times for the music to be turned down, but we still had to shout across the table at each other. Tables were jammed together so that a trip to the bathroom was an obstacle course. Would love to visit this place again, but will bring earplugs next time.“
“I can absolutely recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Bar and Grill at Pabst Farm in Oconomowoc, WI! The food is awesome, and I would say that the burger is the best in town. The wings are fantastic, and on Mondays they are 40 cents a piece! The dry rubs and wet sauces are all specially prepared and are very good! The rest of the menu, along with the weekly specials, are all great value and prepared with fresh ingredients and care by the Garden Inn chefs, Tammy and Will.Service at the bar is great. Emily, Lisa, Heather and Dan are all accomplished bar tenders, very personable and provide great service. There is no better spot to land for a great meal and great service in Oconomowoc - please stop by and enjoy an evening at the Garden Inn Bar and Grill!“
“Amazing tasting and beautifully plated! Only thing suck was served medium and I prefer medium rare. Our server Megume was knowledgeable and thoughtful. Put in dessert order early so we could make our show. I definitely recommend. Japanese milk bread and jerk chicken to die for!“
“Burgers and buffalo wings are outstanding!! I recommend Club 400 for its food, beer and great atmosphere!! The owners Ceasar and Andrea are so friendly and make everyone feel at home immediately. I've been there for lunch, happy hour after work, dinner, and music bingo..... great service and great people each time!“
“I absolutely love this place. Decidedly old school without a shred of pretension. The best kind of time warp. The bartenders are routinely friendly and the canned and bottled beer selection is surprisingly good considering it's a bit off the beaten path.“
“First time trying the fish fry and we were very surprised. It's iconic vintage atmosphere all the way, like stepping into the 1960's. All the regulars, everyone says hi, it's charming. We got the two piece and three piece fried cod, carried it out, $30. The servings were large, perfectly cooked with a very light, flaky, crispy coating, with fries, rye bread, creamy coleslaw, and tartar sauce. Will definitely go again. We try to stop and support as many American Legions as we can as we travel. We're members of American Legion Paradise Post 79, New Port Richey, FL.“
“My husband and I went for dinner this evening and we would HIGHLY recommend Artisan 179!! The live music, our waitress Kelly, the drinks & the food were all amazing. The best dining experience we’ve had in awhile. We will 100% be back!“
“A real hometown bar with excellent lunchtime service. My California cheeseburger was delicious: fresh bun, crispy lettuce, tasty tomato, and mayo on the side. The sizzling, crispy chive fries came with a thick ranch dipping sauce. We were in and out in less than an hour.“
“First time here. 5pm on a Tuesday. Was greeted right away by the smiling hostess. She proceeded to seat us at our table that was already set (we had reservations). Very nice relaxing atmosphere and a cozy bar. The service throughout the night was outstanding. Several different people stopped by often to clear a plate or refill waters, and all were very friendly. 3 people had filet, and I had a strip steak. A couple of us had the mushroom truffle soup that had short rib in it and really enjoyed it. All 4 steaks were cooked perfectly, and the 3 people that had the filet were very happy. Though my strip was cooked perfectly, the amount of fat that was left on it is unacceptable. If I'm going to pay around $50 for a steak, I'd prefer not to lose 4 bites of it due to fat (not the kind that you can chew). Overall a good experience, and we will be back.Vegetarian options: There are several seafood and salad options.Parking: Large parking lotKid-friendliness: Kids are welcomeWheelchair accessibility: I would call ahead, as you have to go up stairs to get in. There maybe another entrance or a ramp that I didn't notice.“
“Love this place . It’s been my bar since 2008 . Love the bartenders . Especially Kristi. They will always remember your name. Reminds me of cheers. Where everybody knows your name . I’ve always loved their machines . First place I think they won $1500. Kept going back since then.“
“My wife and I just moved to Pewaukee and today we came in for the first time. It was a busy bar and we were still greeted and served immediately by Becca who was so kind and very attentive to every patron that she was serving. She made our time there very enjoyable. We stayed through the shift change where we met the next bartender was Nikki who was also so wonderful and on top of taking care of everyone. The bartenders are fantastic. 4 Keeps is a great bar and we plan to make it our new home bar and can’t wait to go back! Thank you 4 Keeps!“
“Went for a fish fry last night. First visit but sure won't be the last! Food was absolutely delicious! The batter on the fish is special. Not too heavy and a perfect taste. The quality of the fish was excellent! Homemade potato pancakes were worth the upgrade. Great rye bread too. And I have to mention the service- amazing! First time there but were treated like long time valued customers. Can't wait to go back and support this wonderful place!“
“This place is awesome! If you're in the mood for a burger and some curds this is the place on the lake. The Owner "Hollywood" is the first single female proprietor on the lake. And is absolutely hilarious, super fun environment.“
“I had the fish fry, it was delicious! Reasonably priced food, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. I will be going back for the 2 for $20 special on Wednesdays.Kid-friendliness: Large selection on menu, should be something for even the picky eaters“
“Excellent food and they were friendly too! There wasn't very much seating but after eating there, I think they'll need to figure out a way to expand. I had the monster sub, my girlfriend had the Philly Cheesesteak, and my son had the smash burger. We were all very impressed. The prices were very reasonable also. Only $10 for a cheesesteak with fries!“
“5 stars for atmosphere because it is the quintessential DIVE BAR! For dive bars, it gets 5 stars. For a fine dining restaurant, it would get 1 star. So if you're looking for a great dive bar with friendly staff and patrons who are a cast of characters, then look no further! It's like being up north without having to travel. And the prices can't be beat!“
“Stopped in for a quick drink. Seemed everyone knew everyone but didn't give off the 'what are you doing here' vibe. Friendly tender. Smiles and joking around with the regulars as well as remembering us in the 'corner'. We will definitely stop in again when we are in that neck of the woods again.“
“The bartenders are all very friendly and all of them are attentive. My dad' s birthday party was in tje hall and it was a percect size hall for the family and friends who came.plentu of parking on site and street and you can get your own caterers or bring your own food in.“
“My partner and I went for fishy fry at Bryant's as part of our quest to try out different fish fry's in the area. We got fried cod with potato pancakes. The tartar sauce was very flavorful and complemented the fish well. Additionally, the potato pancakes and cole slaw were also very good. The cole slaw had pineapple incorporated in it, which really elevated the flavor and (as someone who doesn't normally get fish fry for the slaw) was a very welcome change from the regular fish fry ensemble. We will definitely be coming back. We did speak to the owner while he checked on our table, who said that the fish fry will be served all year round. We think that's a good thing as it is our new favorite fish fry!“
“Fine Latin Dining.Drinks are great. Recommend the anejo or extra anejo drinks if you like amber liquors. The margaritas are fantastic as well.I recommend the dumplings (I forget the actual name) at $3 each, get 1 or 2 per person they are amazing. All of our entrées were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We had mole pork tenderloin, prime rib, chicken street corn risotto, Ceasar salad w shrimp. Flavor combinations are exciting but still have a familiar Latin feel.Great restaurant for a date or nice dinner out.“
“Nice place. Beertendress was friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back. I heard bands play here sometimes, but I'm not sure how anybody can find out who is playing or when. The Facebook site looks like it hasn't been updated in a long time. This place definitely needs their own website to bring in more customers.... And the pizza is amazing!“
“Love the food. Southern menu with huge portions and reasonable prices. Maybe the best chicken tenders I've had. I don't keep track of that and i know the bar is probably low but Gemma's breading is fire and for $10 you get more food that you can eat. I can throw back a meal but rarely get thru 3 tenders and the side of fries. Definitely try the hot honey and Nashville hot sauces I like that they added a pop a shot and the TV setup is one of the best around to watch games. Huge projection screen. Bartenders are always friendly and helpful. Vibe is still divey but kept clean. Generally packed around dinner time. I think they wanted to do more late night stuff but it's usually dead there by 10 pm the weekends. Probably more of a location thing (not walkable to other bars in winter). Would love to see a few more healthy menu options so I could eat here more often but got respect for them staying true to their theme. Overall I think Gemma's is a solid 4/5 but I rated a 5 bc no one reviews stuff in Okauchee and this place is definitely not a 3. Check it out“
“This is a small town bar and there is limited seating. To avoid a wait go at an "off" time and enjoy your food! We sat in the bar area at a table up against the wall and quickly had a server there to help us. She ran through the specials and we had our drinks in no time! She was fast and attentive! We ordered the cheese curd flight to start with. White cheddar, Dill, and cheddar curds fried to absolute perfection! Would I go back just to order this? YES! The curds rotate so make sure to ask what is on the flight on any given day. The hand breaded perch was very good! The breading was different then I had in the past and I enjoyed it. The Cajun baked cod was on the dry side sadly, but I couldn't even be mad. If you are going for a fish fry...get it fried. I made a rookie mistake and I am not a rookie LOL! None-the-less I still eat the entire piece of fish so it couldn't be all bad, right!? We will be going back to try additional menu options. Also make sure to keep an eye on he Facebook page where they post the weekly specials. It'll be hard not to go try one once you see the pictures.“
