“Came here last night right at opening. My lasagna was very good, even though the sauce was a bit sweeter than I prefer. My husband’s tomato basil cream was good as always.
My only complaints were that I didn’t like being seated right by the window in the main dining room by the piano. It was absolutely freezing, and took away from the ambiance/atmosphere. The server did ask to turn the heat on, but it was still a bit cold. The hostess seemed eager to get us seated in this particular spot, I mean we were the first to be seated. I’d have preferred to be seated in the other room where it was a bit warmer. It also took away from our date night when the entertainers started setting up in the middle of our meal, it was a bit awkward trying to have a conversation when they were right next to us.
Next complaint is that our New York pizza was undercooked. Crust was done, but the cheese/toppings could’ve used more time in the oven. Will definitely get this again, just need to remember to ask for it well done next time. Cheesy garlic bread could’ve also used more time in the oven.“

“Messed up my pizza two times. First said no pinions, put on red onions. I again Stated no onions, they remade it with green, I noticed right away. They asked if I would like to keep it and give it to someone I knew knowing we wouldn’t eat it. Gave it to the in-laws. They remade it for the third time correctly. The team was doing a great job working together under pressure as it was very busy and most likely embarrassed for the mistake. Took my name and next pizza was free. They did a great job and made it right. Stand up service!“

“Been coming to cranky pat's for 30 years. Was in there today with my wife around 3pm. We were the only customers there. One waitress was on the phone with a customer and 2 others were in the area. We sat there for 20 minutes and not one ounce of service. A couple of walk bys but no service. Doesn't the help work together or just ignore customers? Got tired of no service for 20 minutes so we got up and went elsewhere. Nice way to lose lifelong customers........we won't be back.“

“A couple girls and I frequent this location for lunch, we work right down the road at KC corp. We always choose to come here for lunch, it is usually very quick and not terribly busy to where we can get in and out. Most times we always get Renee as our server- she seems to be there during lunch time the most. She never misses a beat, she knows my order without me even telling her, and if it busy she tries to get our food out to us as soon as possible before our lunch break is over. I’ve never had a bad experience here, the food is always good and the staff seem very on top of things. They have a good system going at this location.“

“love your pizza! Disappointed no locations in appleton anymore! last night we ordered, Grub hub delivered "God knows where? Not to us! when we tried to reorder/redeliver we were told not taking any more orders?? ( busy I guess) But, seriously, you just figure oh well too bad for us???? I und ER stand its Grub hubs fault, but you look pretty bad not having very good customer service!!!! meanwhile someone got a free pizza & cheese bread 😕😡“

“The food was ready so fast and was very fresh/hot. Despite what other reviews are saying about the “disrespectful young staff”, my experience with the staff was nothing but great. Don’t listen to all the cranky geezers on here, keep up the great work guys!“

“Warning: Do not ever order from Dominos in Appleton or Neenah. There hasn't been a single time I haven't been charged at least 3 extra times for my order and been refused any help or refund of inaccurate charges. Too bad so sad not my problem. Just paid $207 for a $17.00 pizza. Was charged 9 times in a row. Last time they did this they never even brought my order. Neverrrr againnnn. Last time I had to file a fraud dispute and cancel my card took me about 21 days to fix. Here's to the next month of having no card and all my bills bouncing because of it while I wait for a replacement. All my money was on that card so now I have no way to access that or pay my bills for 3 weeks. The first time I thought maybe it was just that location so finally got my money back tried another location same thing paid well over $100 for a small pizza. Took a month to fix. This time I figure ok well this is an entirely different city and it's been 2 years since that happened how could it happen again. Nope dominos in Neenah just ripped me for $207 and change. No apology no I'll try to fix it let me look into it just "That didn't happen." That's wild cause I can see it right here on my bank account. "Well that's just not true because you weren't. If you were those charges will probably fall off eventually" How? they didn't the last two times your company said that why would they now? Your company has never refunded me for incorrect charges unless a fraud dispute is filed. Im not stupid. You just don't want to resolve it so you want me to wait an extra week thinking my funds will magically reappear. Meantime I tell her the driver is downstairs with the portion of the order he forgot and I have to answer his call and asked to quickly get the 1800 number since she said she won't fix it and then because she knows I'm hurrying to meet her driver to get my missed half of my order she proceeds to sarcastically read out the number as slow as possible so I missed the driver and he left. NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINOS especially if you are me and prone to awful luck. I tried to be polite and calm but when they refused to refund me not gonna lie I started crying I work hard for my money and then was treated just terribly and rudely like I was just crazy for breaking into tears because you just put me in a dangerous financial situation that I can't fix. Have compassion you never know that might mean a person is losing their car because that 200 was for their car payment or because of your mistake they now can't afford to get their medication for the month. Never making this mistake again.“
