“I have been to many locations across the United States states and this location is hands down the BEST.McDonald’s! The food is ALWAYS fresh and delicious and the management is impeccable with wonderful courteous staff ! I have visited this location every time I come to Nakoosa and I actually look forward to eating at this location .“

“As tourists, we decided to get take out one night for dinner from a local place and this one had a GREAT menu. We all figured out what we wanted and I called it in (didn't see an option for online ordering) and the gal I spoke to was awesome!! Very accommodating and friendly and great people skills. She took our giant order and said it would only be 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I didn't go pick it up but my family members that did said I would have loved the atmosphere and that it was even karaoke night!!! The food was very, very good and I'd for sure order from them again. Whole experience was amazing. Hopefully, I'll go in next time. ?“

“The girl working today, I forgot her name I’m sorry. But she is always polite, quick, and friendly. She is always very nice and friendly every time we are there. She goes above and beyond for her customers. This girl needs a raise in books cause she is amazing and works quick and hard then most people today. She’s a keeper.“

“Shake are the best but something is up with prices. Sign said 3.98 for a jumbo shake, they told us our total for 2 was $9.90. Asked the cashier about it and he just said "you got the jumbo" and I again told him the sign says $3.98 for jumbo. Cue blank stare“

“The staff was professional and friendly. The food was very good at a fair price. The parking lot on the side by the school is a bit narrow for backing out of the spaces. You have to be very careful backing out of the spaces if you have an SUV or larger, or use parking on the other side of the building.“

“The Culver's in Wisconsin Rapids is my favorite, and yesterday was no exception. I ordered a Single Butterburger with cheese & a Large order of French Fries. At the payment window I saw a special for a $2 Root Beer Float, so I ordered that after I paid (my side mirror concealed it). They weren't thrilled about my timing, and told me I should ask about daily specials before I place my order.
The French Fries were hot & cooked perfectly. The Butterburger was fresh, and the meat was relatively thick (exactly as advertised). I've received thin, crunchy, half burgers; and hard-cooked french fries from other Culver's restaurants, but never from here.
For the record: I don't blame the workers for disliking checkout addons. Every Culver's runs these checkout window specials, so that tells me it's Management or higher doing it. I think they should post specials at the order board, or not at all. Also, the marquee sign is so busy, I can hardly determine the flavor of the day, in the busy traffic.“

“It is a great place to go to eat. They have lots of choices. The Mac and cheese bites are so delicious plus I absolutely love mint chocolate shake. It has andes candies of chocolate & mint. Service was great & food was amazing plus hot.“

“Had a #12 sandwich. Loved the combo of meat, cheese, and fresh cucumber and avocado. The bread was perfect as it was fresh, just the right amount of crunch and softness.
I'll come back any time, especially when the staff is as friendly as our server, Josiah was.“

“About an hour ago this rating would have been a lot lower. My order was made wrong and when I called the store to tell them the lady was extremely rude and I was instantly infeariated. This women was obstinant and asked me " what do you expect me to do about it." I was so angry I passed the phone off to my roommate so I wouldn't say anything I would regret. While driving back to get my dinner I was incredibly angry. My anger my subdued as soon as i met Sam. She came to the window apologized right away and informed me that the women I spoke to on the phone had walked out after the phone call. She re made our subs and gave us a dozen cookies.thank you sam, for being polite and handling the situation the way it should have been handled“

“Cheyenne and Shawnison (likely spelled wrong!) were the only two working when we stopped for an early dinner. They were great! They explained they were doing their best and still kept up with drive thru and we had fresh, hot and delish food within 15 minutes of walking in! Shawnison, especially, was still attentive to everyone's orders and worked so well with an elderly gentleman after us in getting his orders correct. The dining area was clean, swept and everything was nice. Restroom was the same! Great job!!!“
