“The Saucy Swine catered my daughter’s wedding this weekend. The food was DIVINE! Great brisket and chicken, tangy sauces. The pickles were so fresh that I ate them as a cucumber salad! The delivery, set up, and takedown service was impeccable! All for a reasonable price! Thank you!“

“I've had their brisket mac bowl and chicken sandwich, both were delicious. The brisket was smoked just right and melted in your mouth. Added some hickory smoked BBQ sauce and that put it over the top. Their chicken sandwich was just as delicious. The seasoning and taste was phenomenal and their house sauce has a nice blend of smokey and sweet with a slight bite at the end. It accentuated the chicken very well. And their portions are definitely worth the price. I will be going back multiple times that's for sure.“

“I accidentally left my entire purse behind at lunch and didn’t realize until I was leaving work. When I called, Katie had already secured it in the back office and hadn’t opened it at all.
She refused any reward and said, “Woman to woman, I’d hope someone would do the same for me.” That level of integrity and character is rare.
