“First time here, had a fish fry to go. Workers were friendly, food was done fast, very tasteful, and reasonably priced. Music a little loud for my taste, must be getting old, lol. I will definitely go back.”

“The homemade pizza my husband and I had last night was soooo AMAZING!!! we are picky on pizza and there was not one thing wrong with it. Plus the drinks were made perfectly, every drink was mixed the same. Great music playing on the TouchTunes while watching the Brewers play. Bartender was awesome and interacts with customers and even plays pool with you when he had a moment. 5 plus stars loved everything.”

“Overall great experience from the staff and owners being so welcoming! Food is absolutely incredible! We got the “So Gouda” and the roasted pear salad. Both truly had an amazing balance of sweet salty and tartness. Punched the tastebuds so good. We might be back for a day trip just to eat here. This place truly puts a star on Waupaca.”

“My pizza was brought to the table burnt. Send it back to the kitchen for a different one. Got to sit and watch everybody eat, why I waited for my pizza to come. When I got my replacement Pizza, the young waitress didn't even say we're sorry for the mishap. Surface could have been better she should have never brought that pizza to the table. What did the kitchen say see if they would eat it? Disappointed”

“Lived in iola most my life, and crystals has ALWAYs been my go to place. The food has never dipped in quality, and anytime I have issues, the servers and cooks were always nice and fixed it for me. The only issue I've had are the prices, but again, everywhere has increased their prices. Whatever small town politics yall are hung up on doesn't change how great it is ❤️”

“I was going out of town with my sisters and decided to stop into this cute little cafe. The building inside was a little small for sitting and eating, but there was a lot of outdoor seating! I ordered their weekly special drink: raspberry chai latte. It was fruity with its usual hints of cinnamon, I wasn’t too sure at first, but the risk was worth it. It was delicious! We unfortunately didn’t remember her name, but the young lady working this morning was very attentive and had a sparkling personality. She made our experience there enjoyable, thanks!”

“My husband and I decided we wanted fish. The Rose Garden has some of the best beer battered deep fried cod!! The cod pieces are definitely fillets, nice and thick. Never dry. They're made to order too which I love. No heat lamps or pre-made orders. The Cole Slaw sometimes has a bit too much sauce and not enough slaw but it is decent. The fries are always good here. We had salads this time around and I was a little disappointed. There was only one slice of tomato on a bed of salad with quite a few croutons. However, I love croutons but I wish there was maybe a slice or two of cucumber and another slice of tomato.
Our waitress was friendly and attentive.
I highly recommend this restaurant for the fish fry. They also have a decent full menu and daily specials. Their soup is homemade and delicious! Their prices are reasonable and affordable.

“Great food. Not enough people working there when you're done eating and want to leave you stand at the register for at least 10 minutes all the girls are standing behind the counter talking. Don't go there hungry you have to wait at least a half an hour to be served but the food is excellent ?”
