“What a gem! Great food, service and affordable!“

“Although I recommend we haven’t experienced the great food and service we’ve had in the past. Bar area and Kevin were great as always but our dinner and service was below average. We waited an extended amount of time before we were greeted at our table. Our 1st batch of fish was warm at best. We waited 10-15 minutes with NO fish before our waitress returned to our table to ask if we wanted more. She then took our French fries and didn’t bring more back with the fresh serving of fish. My biggest complaint is if an establishment is going to charge extra per plate for the all you can eat option PLEASE train your staff to be attentive to their tables and bring the fish as needed as that is what we are paying for. Every time we decide to come for Friday night fish we always hope for a better experience but unfortunately that’s not been the case for some time now.“

“Just wow. came in sat at the far right side of the bar. Not busy but steady. Sat waiting for 8 to 10 minutes for a bartender. Obviously she was too engrossed in a regulars conversation. got up and left. Did we miss something? Certainly not service. The Phoenix across the street definitely wins. Pretty sad that you can't even get acknowledged. She was on the chunky side. Tan shorts and T. There's plenty of local places to go.“

“We had such a nice lunch today at around 2pm, the food was fantastic. The main reason for leaving a review though, is for the wonderful service we received from our waitress. She was so friendly and helpful, and we appreciated her very much. Her manner was pleasant and upbeat and we left with full bellies and huge smiles. We will definitely be back!! 💜“

“I live on the far south east corner of Milwaukee County, and I am always on the lookout for a great burger. I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Sweet Dreams in Hartford, I have made the drive five times since finding this hamburger stand earlier in the summer, the burgers are that good. And the best news, last time we were there we were told they are planing on being open this winter. If you’re looking for a great burger, amazing fall colors a great staff to take your order. I can’t recommend Sweet Dreams enough.“

“My husband and I had dinner at Twisted Fire, Oconomowoc, WI on Thursday, June 17, 2022. It was fabulous! I ordered Truffle Fries, Chorizo Stuffed Dates wrapped in bacon & pipperada sauce = sooo delish! I have to go back and order these again! Out of this world amazing! I also ordered the Tuna Special which was grilled to perfection and came with baked small potatoes and baby broccoli tips all prepared just right. My Husband ordered the Italian Pizza with Breadsticks. He also raved about his choices. We want to give a shout out to our server Colton who was knowledgeable, and so fun! The whole night was worth every pretty penny spent there. We can’t wait to go back! This was my second time there and both times they didn’t disappoint. Kudos to you Twisted Fire for beautiful atmosphere and a ton of Gluten Free choices. The whole experience is worth going back again!“

“I am moving to Oconomowoc later this year for work and was in town on Tuesday for a meeting. I stopped at Crafty Cow afterwards for lunch. Ana was the bartender and server. Not only did she provide great service but also gave me the sweetest card welcoming me to Oconomowoc when I left. The hot honey cheese curds were also delicious!

I will definitely be back with my whole family when we move to Oconomowoc later this year!

“Culvers is a great place to stop for some custard. I have to give kudos to the guy at the drive through taking our order. We ordered pints of custard to go. He pointed out that if we order on more pint we would save a fair amount of money. He didn't have to do it, but because he pointed it out, we ordered more and was able to save some cash-something we all want/need to do these days. Thanks to the drive though guy at the Culvers on Grandview in Waukesha!“

“Have been going to Woody's since August 2021. Friendly staff, and great selections on the menu. Location is great for people who like to ride motorcycles, bicycles or car. Located on HWY 83 and routes to many other contry roads. My personal favorites are the burgers or cracked chicken. Everything is good no matter what you order.“

“The Delafield American Legion is your home away from home. Friendly atmosphere, you always leave making new friends. They offer food, drinks, and have a hall available to rent for special events. The patrons and staff are very friendly. We have spent quite a few days hanging out here, as well as been to a few events put on by The American Legion. Good place to spend time and make a few new friends when in town.“

Different visit
The haddock fish fry is fantastic. Large portion. The bartender is much better now and the service is top notch. This is a must visit if your interested town or passing through. My wife loves the cheeseburger“

“My 7 yo daughter and I stopped in today grab some lunch for the first time. Our server was Christina and she was simply amazing! We never had to request for a refill and she made sure we had everything we needed. She offered helpful suggestions, too. Children's menu was great with lots of options and the menu has lots of variety as well. I did get the Artichoke dip which was the best I've had. 10/10 and we'll stop again when we're in the area.“

“We decided to try Belfre Kitchen for our annual friends Christmas dinner and were very happy with our choice to dine here. \n\nThe restaurant is small and located in a renovated church in historic and quaint but hopping downtown Delafield. \n\nThe service was excellent and the food offerings were very good but the menu is a bit limited. The prices are about average for a restaurant of this caliber. Several of us enjoyed the beef tenderloin while others had salmon, chicken or a large dinner entree salad. \n\nI would definitely dine here again based on our positive experience.“

“Overall great place. Knew previous owners before the current but I am happy the vibes are still the same! Minor difficulty to get to the ramp if cars are there if you are wheelchair-bound or using a stroller. Still great! Love the food and ice cream!

Parking: There is only 3 or 4 parking spaces before the signs of tenants parking which is only 2.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly. Great to bring kids for ice cream

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheelchair access however cars aren't super mindful of it so you might have difficulty getting to the ramp.“

“Absolutely amazing workers and management!!! Cooks mixed up mine and my bf sirloin liking and I'm not a fan of bloody meat. The manager was called over and he got me a new one. I was just expecting the sirloin but no he came out with all the sides that came with it and boxed it up for me. Our waitress was amazing and very understanding and very polite and told me it was okay as I am not one to complain about my food!!! Totally will be back and recommending this place!!!“

“First time at Zesti, for my birthday and we will be back as a regular in the rotation for sure. The menu is diverse and nicely different than other restaurants. A great choice of pastas, salads, beef, pork, chicken, seafood, pizza and deserts. Full choice of beverages with a great wine list and a surprisingly inexpensive evening! “The kitchen at the hideaway puts out some excellent tasting seasonal dishes such as the short ribs. Toady I was able to sample the new smoked meat selection and oh, man the flavor is out of this world. The Ribs, lean brisket and fatty brisket is insanely good. The servers are excellent and friendly. Lexi was so polite and proper. On a very busy day when the kitchen was very backed up 1-1.5 hours she made sure to make us aware of the wait we had in store. We really appreciated that attention and heads up. The lake front dining experience that is somehow unique to hideaway vs. others on Okauchee was worth the wait. The staff and other customers are so friendly and inviting. The Hideaway is a family run business done right. I ran into a hideaway bartender at Kwik Trip on a random day and asked how he liked working there since a family member was looking for a serving or bartender job. He told me how he has worked in the industry many years all across lake country and has never been as happy with the environment of the restaurant and bar industry as he is with working at The Hideaway.“

“We have been to Lucky Chuckys a few times. Great food. The service is not good. Issues were taken care of but should not have happened in first place…quality control. Need better training. Tried giving it a few chances but probably won’t be back. Service to us is very important. So many other places to go that have good food but if service is bad.“
