The staff is dedicated and they provide excellent service....which is a rarity in the fast food business. We will definitely continue to patronize the Oconomowoc location!
This place is filthy. They have employees standing around instead of cleaning the place. They aren’t friendly either. Just disgusting.
Place was hopping. They ran out of steak. However, they communicated the short wait time to the guests.
A lot of smiles coming from the employees, Even though they were busy. The Manager was present in the kitchen and FOH the entire time. Leading with intent. Something you don’t usually see. The ordering process was fast and smooth. Everything tasted delicious.
