Much attention needed to clean tables and floors and trash cans. Never seen so much food spilled on the floor inside and outside. Trash can overflowing. Sorry state of hygiene.
Young man with long hair and braids gave us great service!! Experience would've been excellent if the woman with the purple braids was doing anything to help🥰
The staff is dedicated and they provide excellent service....which is a rarity in the fast food business. We will definitely continue to patronize the Oconomowoc location!

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a familiar experience with friendly staff and expected quality. The restaurant might still be under construction, with some missing ceiling tiles, but the service is generally good. Customers note that the portions are always very big, especially in the burritos and salads, which some find to be too much. While some customers feel there are fewer choices compared to Qdoba, others appreciate the generous portions. There have been concerns about the cleanliness of the floor and tables, with some feeling they are only cleaned once a day. Despite some mixed reviews about the food, particularly the overcooked chicken, the overall experience remains positive.
Recently, customers have had varied experiences. Some found the food decent but mentioned that prices seem to change frequently, leading to frustration. However, one customer praised the manager, Katie, for her exceptional service during a busy lunch rush when she helped with a catering order on short notice. Another customer noticed the restaurant's clean lobby and friendly employees, enjoying a bowl made exactly to order. They felt it was a great spot and worth trying again, suggesting that experiences may vary. With a location closer to Fondy, fans of Chipotle are excited to have a convenient option beyond Qdoba in the area.
