Customer service was great! We came in 40ish minutes before close, and while we had to wait because of a group of other people causing a bit of trouble, the workers were very apologetic and very kind. Food was also hot and tasty despite the time we came in
It’s really a shame when you ask the cashier if the shrink comes with cocktail sauce and when you get home she didn’t add it to the bag. Very disappointed
I've always said that the night shift serves better food overall; at Dia, the chicken is tough and the staff is slow.
