“We stopped here when passing through Oshkosh and were excited to find this unique Filipino restaurant. The interior of the restaurant was nicely decorated. There were many things on the menu we wanted to try. Unfortunately, the service we had was lackluster. There were only a few people on the restaurant and even so it seemed slow and unenthusiastic. Since the menu is different, it would be nice if the servers would take the time to explain the menu and make suggestions. It took a while for the waiter to take our drink order. My husband asked if they had a Filipino beer which they did not. I had a sake-tini. For dinner we started with the lumpia egg rolls. While the flavor was good, they could have been served hotter. We then shared the teriyaki skewers after ordering the Filipino skewers and subsequently told they were out of them. The teriyaki skewers were good. Finally we shared a noodle dish called Bihon which was very tasty and different. All in all we enjoyed our dinner, but the experience could have been much better with more attention to detail and enthusiasm from the staff.“
“I absolutely love Sushi lover. The price ain’t bad considering the all you can eat price includes appetizers and hibachi. Sometimes the customer service is hit or miss. Wade is hands down the best server. He’s quick, attentive and personable. I will definitely be back. I also love that the hours of operation are listed in multiple areas. There’s no confusion. To the Karen who complained because she went in 15 minutes before close, the hours are clearly posted on Google, Facebook and on the door of the restaurant.“
