“I love this place. I go at least 3x per month. Staff is friendly, price is great, the poke is the best around. The quality control is amazing. I can’t imagine how long they spend prepping the diced cucumber, edamame, jalapeño etc, every morning, but it’s so worth it. Every bite is perfectly distributed flavors.“

“We love Fujiyama. When we want sushi around here, it's always our go-to spot. They have immense selection for rolls and are consistent in quality of preparation. They do a great job generally of having each piece be a bite.

When it isn't busy they play music that I absolutely love, but they also bring it a bit more PG as the dining room fills up. The atmosphere inside is low lit with exception of the tables that allows you to feast with your eyes.
