“1st time eating there and out older lady with darker hair was our waitress and she seemed crabby and made us feel unwanted and rushed, we asked a few questions on the menu and she acted huffy puffy about it, we explained it was our 1st time eating there so we had no clue what it was..we got out food right away and the portions were huge and food was terrific, but sadly I give the waitress a one atar as her addutude sucked..she seemed to be less crabby towards the end, we always leave a good tip, as that's not eight but sure didn't feel like we should of...“

“Beautiful ice cream parlor with country club prices. Malt for $7.50 only filled half the cup, but was quite tasty. Only one staff working on a summer weekend. Decor and nostalgia makes this place a cool unique spot to visit and relax in the Northwoods. The ice cream is excellent with over 10 flavors to choose from plus toppings. Would definitely be back again (but would only order ice cream or coffee).“
