Picked the plane randomly when deciding where we wanted to go for a Friday fish fry that we hadn't tried before and ended up here in the basement of an American legion.
The drinks were strong, the food was ready very fast and very good, like surprisingly good! The server was on point. It is in a bar so keep that in mind.”

“We wanted to find a new place to try while here for a conference and we are so happy that we came here. I got the chicken littles as an appetizer and my husband got soup and immediately we were impressed. Followed up by steak for him and a Parmesan crusted grilled cheese for me kept the amazing food going. Then the desserts brought us over the finish line to an amazing meal. Everyone was so kind and helpful and we will definitely come back.”

“I’ve been to Beach Bum Bakery a few times now. From the items I’ve had (donuts, cookies, cupcakes and breakfast sandwich) most items have been good. I was there recently on a weekend morning to get donuts and a breakfast sandwich. As I was there it went from just a two people in the shop to 15 people, thankfully I had ordered prior to all these people arriving. The two employees working did seem a little overwhelmed and frantic. I was able to get my donuts in a timely manner but the breakfast sandwich took about 25 minutes to get and it only had one small/thin piece of bacon on it that was torn in half.
Note: the employees were very kind, I could just see the distress on their faces and they were trying to get caught up. The other times I’ve been here the service has been much quicker than what I experienced.”

“Amazing!!!! My friend and I stopped in to get a gf muffin and I walked out buying many items. ALL were so delicious! This is probably one of THE BEST all gluten free bakeries I've ever visited. It will definitely be a staple stop whenever I'm in town visiting. You have to check it out!🙌🥰”

“Stopped in for lunch and was glad I did. Friendly service from the jump—felt like a place where everyone knows each other, but newcomers are still welcome. Locals at the bar, couple of regulars playing games in the corner, and the staff chatting like it’s just another day in paradise.

It’s not quite a dive bar, but has that same laid-back, no-BS charm. Heard good things about the steak sandwich—can confirm it lives up to the hype. Solid lunch spot with a comfortable vibe, decent menu, and just enough grit to keep it real.”

“I called to order two meals for take for takeout and a young man by the name of Pano answer the phone and the first thing I noticed was his positive energy and how respectful and courteous he was when he was taking my order. He used words that you don't hear much of now a days like like hello, thank you for calling in, how can I help you, is there anything else you may want, repeating the order back to me with no mistakes, and here's the big one saying THANK YOU! And just like he said 15 minutes your order will be ready and it was. When I went to pick up he greeted me with a handshake and let me know how much he appreciated our business. Pano you are an exceptional representative for the restaurant polite, smart, unbelievable social skills and respectfulness, not to mention a great looking young man. Thank you for the great service Pano I see lots of success in your future.”

“There are 2 young girls working today, standing in view of customers, eating breadsticks, drinking and using cell phones. When a customer walks up to the counter, they are giving them food, plates, silverware, with unclean hands. I don't see this kind of thing going on when the manager is here.”

“It was our first time at your restaurant; I brought my two children who are wheelchair users, and my twelve year old. The hostess didn't bat an eyelash: just got is to an appropriate table, which is something that is rare. The server was helpful and kind. The food is delicious: love the broasted chicken and Cole slaw. My daughter's burger was nicely done. The onion rings were perfect, and the root beer was refreshing. Thank you for a lovely dinner in Pewaukee on the 4th! We will come again.”

No fault of the wait staff. ordered a pizza and salad, They ran our card through 4 times. then would not refund us 3 of the pizzas and salads, much less the tip. Then sent us home with 4 pizzas 1 salad and 2 garlic monkey breads... They comped us Nothing!!!! We asked for reimbursement of the 3 charges in gift cards, manager said No, they don't have gift cards... Manager Said the could not give us a refund!!!! what a scam”

“Popped into Krankys across the street after lunch at Carlee’s. Different vibe, same idea—locals hanging out, bartender who actually seems to enjoy being there, and no shortage of cold beer. Place has some age on it in a good way, like it’s seen some stories but won’t make a big deal about them.

Didn’t eat this time but the grill smelled great, and a couple guys at the bar were hyping the wings. More TVs than you’d expect for the size, and a few games in the back if you’re feeling lucky or bored. Good spot to settle in for a drink without any nonsense. Solid neighborhood joint.”

“Huge shout out to Casa Tequila in West Bend for my experience tonight. My 2.5 year old son had a puking incident there and the staff were all so kind. Our waitress, other waiters/waitresses in our area, and the woman who came over to help clean things up were so wonderful and also so nice to my son. No one looked disgusted or irritated. It was just amazing. The service is always great there, and same with the food. Thank you Casa Tequila West Bend, I will never forget your kindness in a stressful situation.”
