“Went to Panera as it was the last day of my Sip Club Membership, and had no intention to renew it. As I waited in line for 10 minutes on one car ahead of me, after I ordered a cookie and drink. This certified I would end my membership. Pulling up to the window, ready to pay, Cierra (i think that was her name) immediately apologized for the wait, and refused to let me pay for the cookie. No joke, she single-handedly convinced me to renew the membership, and keep coming back. It’s the little things like that, that make a difference. Increase her pay, give her a promotion, do whatever you need to keep her around. She is the backbone of Panera Bread.“

“A friend of mine was visiting from out of town and we were looking for a good place to hang out and play some games. I came in simply for the table space, but the experience blew me away. This place has so many games, which is awesome because I often wish I could play through games before buying them. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and struck the right balance of giving people their space while always being available. Food and drinks were reasonably priced for the situation and really hit the spot. They're not a resturant, but you can tell the put care into their food prep to make sure everyone has a top notch experience. I don't make it over as often as I would like, but having a place like this in the area is so amazing and I intend to stop by as often as I can!“

“An excellent fast casual dining experience. I was promptly greeted and asked if there was any particular pizza I would like on the buffet, which they made a priority to get in the oven quickly. All the items on the buffet were fresh and rotated out in a timely manner despite it being a Tuesday afternoon between lunch and dinner. The pizza was of a high quality. The store was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. As an added bonus they offered nacho cheese in addition to the usual marinara to accompany bread/cheese sticks. I highly recommend this buffet to any pizza lover.“

Charles seved my family and I on last thursday for a birthday lunch. He was charismatic, kind, and most of all attentive. Charles is also an active listener who took information from each person at the table and used it to exceed our individual expectations. Even solutions I didnt know he could solve. “My granddaughter and I love Panera so I went on Tuesday for dinner take out. The soup was wonderful as always and the cinnamon bagels delicious. The problem was with the total I was charged. I filled out the Panera review I received by email as well as contacted the store directly. Not only was everyone absolutely wonderful from Jeremy to the store manager, Alisha. “Delicious food and healthy - the reason I tried it. The corner table worked for me and my friend but as I looked around the overall seating options seemed very cafeteria style. But in all fairness, I guess Sweetgreen is meant to be "fast food" and maybe most customers order to go.
They were also very accommodating to change the dressing that was meant for my order to one of my liking.

“Stop by for breakfast time from time. Service time can vary quite a bit depending on how busy it is. Breakfast options are okay, but can often be very greasy and/or unappetizing. Coffee is good. Cashiers are usually very nice. Ordering through the app can be troublesome, but usually works out okay. Sometimes a scheduled order will be finished early, so I wouldn't recommend it; the risk of it being taken by someone else, intentionally or not, is pretty high.“
