“Oh! I was in for a surprise when I entered the other day after not being back for a few months now. I actually stopped coming due to the bad service and food was not the best. But as I entered I was immediately greeted as I found out is the new General Manager at this location. I was surprised because I have never seen a manager in dress pants and casual vest working and handling customers. I really enjoyed the food and as I prepared to leave was given a warm thank you and best wishes on my day from his staff. Really great visit and i'll BE BACK! so happy so see the new faces and seems management actually cares.“

“I only order the "Jalapeno Popper" from Mac's in Brookfield. Over half the time I order it they don't put in any jalapenos or they put in next to none. How hard is it to properly make this dish? It is super hard to add jalapenos to the JALAPENO popper? After the 3rd order it happened I brought it back. The manager stated, I quote, "There are jalapenos all up in there" while pointing to two small pieces in the ENTIRE DISH. Done wasting my time and money with this location that can't make a simple Mac and Cheese. Pathetic.“

“We had taco Monday catered in for our team meeting and selected Burrachos after comparing prices with a smaller chain restaurant. Prices were comparable, the food here was outstanding! Everyone was raving about how this was the best taco bar we've ever had. Highly recommend! We had plenty food for 14 people with leftovers. “I went there to visit with a friend and it was really nice. We sat outside. There was plenty of nice space to sit either in the shade or enjoying the sun. The menu and service is what you'd expect from a properly run Panera. The bathrooms were nice and clean and everyone was pleasant.“

“The bowls are are decent, especially if you need to sub any items. But the staff, depending on when you go, definitely need some better food handling training. The room was empty aside from me so not very busy, the food station was a complete mess, even as my bowl was being made things were dropping into other food and all over the counter, nuts dropping onto the other toppings. The two I saw working after I sat to eat (at the only clean spot) made no effort to wipe anything in between people, at one point one was on their phone. I would NOT recommend eating here if you have a nut allergy the way I saw them tossed across everything else. I've been here numerous times, but this was the worst I've seen.“

“This place was absolutely delicious the soup was creamy and seasoned very well I love the baguette with it and the chicken barbecue sandwich was delicious very seasoned and well moistened on the chicken and the BBQ sauce was spot on I would eat here I would give the food here 100% Plus so if you're looking for good food do come here it was absolutely delicious I will be back it beats some of the other restaurants that I've had which is crappy chicken and crappy service so do come here this is one of the best Panera breads I have ate.“
