This certified I would end my membership. Pulling up to the window, ready to pay, Cierra (i think that was her name) immediately apologized for the wait, and refused to let me pay for the cookie. No joke, she single-handedly convinced me to renew the membership, and keep coming back. It’s the little things like that, that make a difference. Increase her pay, give her a promotion, do whatever you need to keep her around. She is the backbone of Panera Bread.“

“A friend of mine was visiting from out of town and we were looking for a good place to hang out and play some games. I came in simply for the table space, but the experience blew me away. This place has so many games, which is awesome because I often wish I could play through games before buying them. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and struck the right balance of giving people their space while always being available. Food and drinks were reasonably priced for the situation and really hit the spot. They're not a resturant, but you can tell the put care into their food prep to make sure everyone has a top notch experience. I don't make it over as often as I would like, but having a place like this in the area is so amazing and I intend to stop by as often as I can!“

“I am so happy there is a Burrachos in Brookfield! I grew up in the Madison area and loved their barbacoa beef tacos, in fact I still craved them over 10 years later and would try to supplement with Chipotle but it never tasted the same to me. My husband and I got takeout today for lunch and it tasted the exact same it did so many years ago! My husband even said this tasted better than Chipotle. The Queso was new to me since I haven’t been to Burrachos in so long and it is a must to try if you go here! The Queso actually tastes like what you would get in a restaurant. I am delighted you guys are here and I hope more people give you a try. We’ll be back! Burrachos is a small Wisconsin chain restaurant. Support local!“

“My granddaughter and I love Panera so I went on Tuesday for dinner take out. The soup was wonderful as always and the cinnamon bagels delicious. The problem was with the total I was charged. I filled out the Panera review I received by email as well as contacted the store directly. Not only was everyone absolutely wonderful from Jeremy to the store manager, Alisha. I was treated with total respect and courtesy and they resolved the issue more than I expected. They are so amazing. I recommend Panera wholeheartedly!! Thank you!!“

“Delicious food and healthy - the reason I tried it. The corner table worked for me and my friend but as I looked around the overall seating options seemed very cafeteria style. But in all fairness, I guess Sweetgreen is meant to be "fast food" and maybe most customers order to go.
They were also very accommodating to change the dressing that was meant for my order to one of my liking.

“Stop by for breakfast time from time. Service time can vary quite a bit depending on how busy it is. Breakfast options are okay, but can often be very greasy and/or unappetizing. Coffee is good. Cashiers are usually very nice. Ordering through the app can be troublesome, but usually works out okay. Sometimes a scheduled order will be finished early, so I wouldn't recommend it; the risk of it being taken by someone else, intentionally or not, is pretty high.“
