“We tried the pizza today for the very first time. Has been constantly slipping our minds. We are kind of pizza snobs. I'm extremely meat squeamish especially with sausage. Pleasantly surprised the flavor was amazing and no scary hard things lol We also are picky with our sauce. Their marinara is amazing! We both loved ours and will definitely be back. “We came in for the lunch special and had the garlic chicken and the shrimp with vegetables. Both came with rice served on the side and cream cheese rangoons. The rangoons were amazing, the vegetables were very fresh, and it wasn't crowded at lunch time.

The lunch special has smaller portions, if you're a man with a lot of appetite you probably want to get the full size meal.“

“My husband and I greatly enjoyed the sushi and sake we got last night. The food was delicious! Also, we came closer to closing time and the service was great. I love sushi but am allergic to avocado. The waitress took note of that and I got to enjoy my order with no worries. The environment is good and the decor has a nice soft lighting and cozy vibe. I love the metal designs and the mural. Best of all, the price was really good for what we ordered. We ordered a lot. So I would say we got a good quantity of food and it was good quality. “My monthly HOA social group met here on a Tuesday early afternoon. The menu has many choices and it's difficult to narrow it down. I had the sirloin tips sauteed with mushrooms and onions, scrambled eggs, hash browns and 2 pancakes. I asked for the Dubai pancakes that were advertised. They had pistachios, Nutella, toasted coconut, whipped cream and Dubai sauce. On chocolate chip pancakes. They were delicious! The sirloin tips were plentiful but dripping in a sweet teriyaki sauce that ran into the rubbery scrambled eggs. The hash browns were not the nice crusty patty shown in the menu, in fact very little crust at all. Just like cooked shredded potatoes. A few people had omlets and said they were very good. Most of us took leftovers home. As of this date we were told they are moving to the old Monks restaurant building by the mall at Crossroads Commons which will be an excellent location for them. What really made this meal was the waitress, Patience. She was chatty, engaging, friendly, and able to keep everything straight! She was fantastic and we hope the restaurant knows what a valuable employee she is!“

“It's our go to Mexican restaurant. We typically order the same thing. The service is wonderful, they even come chat at the table every time, not just ask if our food is alright.
We get two salsas with our chips, and I swear our food is on the table before we are 1/2 way through the chips. This make for a great lunch time stop if you only have an hour. Keep up the good work El Mezcal!!!“
