We dont particularly like sweet wine but their white Prairie Fume is an excellent crisp acidic white on the drier side. Also the red Prairie du Sac is a good red if you like cabernets.
Now..the distillery is AMAZING! We loved the bourbon. Their 10yr (100 proof) is as smooth as silk. We would challenge it with many good Kentucky bourbons. A flight of 3 bourbon choices is about $10...read full review
