A SUPER hidden gem in downtown Prescott! Chad and I went out for a little foodie adventure and tried Ichiddo Ramen for the first time. We tried the Carr Su Ramen and the bento box (a special today) - YUMMMM.
Also, the most yummy and affordable boboa tea. I liked that there were so many options without being too overwhelming. They also have dairy free and caffeine free options, which was great since I'm just taking a break from those! Yay!

Ichiddo Ramen is a super hidden gem in downtown Prescott. First time getting their ramen and it is probably one of the best ramens ever had, very flavorful and highly recommended. The food was great; exactly what was wanted. The ramen was excellent: rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and generous portions. Everything ordered was delicious. The Carr Su Ramen and the bento box were yummy. Also, the most yummy and affordable boba tea, with dairy free and caffeine free options. Delivery was fast and the food was hot and fresh, with crispy items still crispy and each item packed with care. Service was friendly and everything came out quickly. The guy behind the counter made a great drink recommendation and was patient with questions. The Thai fortune cookie at the end was a nice touch, and that was the best fortune cookie ever had. Inside has space for seating and is freshly redone, with plants and lights. The staff are family members of the owners, so it is a family run local business. Perfect place for after kid school hangouts, lunch, or comfort food, chicken wings, and apps. 100% will be back again.
