We had no time to look at the bill, discuss who’s paying for what and how much of a tip to leave. She stood right there while I dug through my purse for my money.“

The server was a bit slow (he was also the bartender and there was only the one other server when we came in), but he was friendly and kind and accommodating. What surprised me was the food. Last time I was in an Applebee's it was all a bit... Sterile tasting. This was actually tasty. The fiesta lime chicken was tender, not overcooked as I was expecting. The rice was flavorful and (thankfully) did not contain corn. The chicken parm fettuccine was fresh and flavorful. The drinks were my favorite. I had a watermelon lime rush, which is one of my favorite combinations of flavors, and it was so refreshing and lively and went perfect with the food.“
