Girl at the drive thru window lacked customer service just rude, was on her phone and placed her phone in drink carrier. I like coming here but I don’t know who she is but she’s needs to be trained on how to deal with customers and customer service.
Bacon cheeseburger and French fries were dry, hard, overcooked. Usually love Wendy’s but nothing tasted good besides chicken nuggets. Frosty was ok too. Other than that was pretty disappointed overall. Haven’t tried to go back since
*Update* went back 2 times recently and the taste “quality” of food had greatly improved. Juicy, fresh, and cooked well.
Also the crew there was pleasant, kind, and professional.

They say it takes a village to raise a child, Wendy's staff was my village tonight unknowingly. I'm out driving in the middle of the night to calm my baby, as my dog enjoys some nightly breeze and I'm internally screaming. I decide to get myself a snack & they go above and beyond!!! I could be giving individual name shout-outs but in reality the manager and his amazing staff went above & beyond. Doggo got a pup-cup without asking. & Baby got a book.
