Turn the music down. The staff can't hear when you place an order!
I was busy at work and had a colleague pick up my sandwich for me. Unfortunately it was the wrong sandwich and I was convinced to call back to see what they could do for me. I spoke to manager Alysa, I believe, and she offered many options, apologized profusely and sorted everything out extremely quickly. *the beach club is so good* These people are very kind.

Jimmy John’s in Reedsburg has been a great addition to the community. Customers report fast service, with orders often prepared quickly for carry out through the app. The store is usually very clean, though occasionally a straw wrapper or napkin may be around. Staff are described as extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. One customer had a wrong sandwich, but the manager offered many options, apologized profusely, and sorted everything out extremely quickly. Another ordered late in the evening within about an hour of closing when they were running out of bread; the order was adjusted with no problem, and a soda was offered on the house for waiting. A forgotten item in a bag was quickly corrected. Delivery once took a little longer than normal with only 1 driver and recently opened, which was expected. The beach club is so good. Not busy when arriving means no wait, with an easy order, clear menu, and excellent staff. Many will continue to be repeat customers and will definitely return.
