A brown sugar shaken espresso with 3 extra pumps of syrup instead received 3 extra shots of espresso, making it very strong. Food quality is also inconsistent; one sandwich was cold, and another had a hard top bun from being warmed up too much. Overall, while the staff is nice and the service is quick, there is inconsistency with drinks and orders are often not right.
