However, there are significant problems with order accuracy. Many drinks are made wrong, including one with lemonade instead of coconut milk, and another with only three strawberry pieces despite paying extra for extra strawberry. An iced matcha latte was extremely bitter with clumps of matcha and likely no sweetener. A brown sugar shaken espresso with 3 extra pumps of syrup instead received 3 extra shots of espresso, making it very strong. Food quality is also inconsistent; one sandwich was cold, and another had a hard top bun from being warmed up too much. Overall, while the staff is nice and the service is quick, there is inconsistency with drinks and orders are often not right.
