“On a very busy day the staff did an amazing job! Everyone was very friendly, attentive and worked their butts off! Games for the kids, great musician playing, food ready quickly, bartender was amazing! We drove 40 minutes just to come here, no regrets. Highly recommend Birchwood for anyone looking for a wonderful Northwoods bar/restaurant. One of my favorites!“

“Hats off to the manager on 10-5-24!Visited the restaurant for the first time last night, on a very busy Saturday evening. Was seated promptly and our order was taken soon after. There were some mix ups with our food order, but the manager came to our table, was very apologetic, and did everything he could to make things right!“

“absolutely love the chicken and cheesy bread! Service very good and professional. sometimes almost too quick to take the empty plate. I do wish there was a little more space in the isle's (walkways)I between booths and tables so there can be two way traffic. I will be there multiple times though.“

“I just want to thank you for your hospitality at Alex's bridal shower today! Everything was absolutely perfect! I know all our guests were amazed at the beauty of the venue. They all have expressed interest in returning and bringing others. The Mexican-themed menu was phenomenal and the presentation top-notch. We loved the fresh flowers! The French press coffee and wedding cookies were the ultimate compliment to our afternoon! We were so pleased with the friendliness of the wait staff. Thank you for making our day special!“
