This is a busy place which is likely a function of quality and lack of other options in the city. There is a good selection on the menu. The portion size was larger than I could eat. I think the food was good enough for a return visit but it didn't blow my mind. It definitely benefits from lack of competition in the area.
I'm originally from Southern California and currently live in the Chicago area; so I'm familiar with good Mexican food. I was weary about weather Aromas would fit the bill for me. Fortunately for me, they exceeded my expectations. From the chips and salsa to the main entree, everything was fantastic! Everyone in my family enjoyed their meals. Prices were very reasonable compared to most places and given the ever-increasing cost of dining out, this was also a pleasant surprise....read full review

The bartenders, waiters, and hostess were all very friendly. There is a nice selection of Mexican dishes. Chips are complimentary and served with salsa and a refried bean dip that is delicious. There is a full bar with great drink specials. We all enjoyed our dinners and hope to return again soon!
