**Overview & Atmosphere**
This Caribou Coffee, tucked inside Family Fresh to the left, is probably one of the best small locations out there, even without a drive-thru. It boasts plenty of seating, including two comfy chairs next to a cozy fireplace, making it a great spot to relax or catch up on work. The atmosphere is inviting, and with an entire grocery store at your disposal, plus amenities like public bathrooms, a drinking fountain, an Easy Tab machine, a Redbox, and a Coinstar, it’s a convenient stop for more than just coffee.

**Ordering Experience**
Ordering here is straightforward and easy. However, the pickup area could use clearer signage, as it’s not always obvious where to get your order. Occasionally, there’s some clutter around the pickup spot, which could be improved, but it’s a minor issue in an otherwise smooth experience.

**Menu Highlights**
The menu offers all the classics, from mochas to matcha, but my personal favorite is the chicken sausage sandwich paired with a large white chocolate mocha with an extra shot of espresso—definitely the best items on the menu. Their matcha is also fantastic, offering a great alternative if you’re not in the mood for coffee.

**Bubble Tea Warning**
One downside, though, is their bubble tea. Unfortunately, they serve it with square bubbles, which just don’t hit the mark. The texture and taste are off, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re a bubble tea fan. This is something across all Caribou locations, not just this one, and it does affect the overall food experience slightly. Get round bubbles, Caribou!

Parking: Over 60 parking spots

Kid-friendliness: It's a good place for kids cuz it's got a nice place next to the fireplace they could sit while you have your coffee, and the ample seating provides for. I don't think they have high chairs, but they're still ample seating.

Wheelchair accessibility: Everything's low to the ground. There's a ramp and inside there are no stairs.“

“If Brandis is working the drive thru the service is amazing, she remembers your car, your name and your drink. Always cheerful and happy to see you. Employees like her make it ok to pay a little bit more. The rest of the staff need to learn from her and up their game.“

“We absolutely Love going to the River Falls location! Management and workers are absolutely AMAZING! They all really care about each customer satisfaction. They go above and beyond to make each customer happy. We went through the drive-through this morning and the kids were so excited about the wonderful Easter bunny that was at the drive-through. “This is a great place to study and grab some absolutely amazing coffee. They have many different varieties of bean and roast, meaning there is always something different to try. I appreciate the friendly staff and their dedication to us coffee lovers. A word of caution, many of the other menu items are extremely overpriced, such as the Red Bull infusion, which costs more than twice a normal Red Bull, and all that is added is a few pumps of syrup. These are good products, but the prices are a bit extortionate. Tips should also be given here, as the workers rely on them. While this place can be expensive to visit, the quality of food and drink as well as the atmosphere, is high.“
