We had an issue with a sandwich ordered through the app, but the manager was very helpful with correcting the app discrepancy.

I stopped in this morning, 10am. Talked to a customer who loves this Subway location. He ordered 10 sandwiches for pick up an hour later.

Subway at the main street location in River Falls has a friendly and efficient staff, with standout service from Damien. The employees are quick, though some speak too softly. The bathrooms are clean, but parking can be limited during peak times. Regular customers praise the delicious food and excellent service, making it a go-to spot for a quick and satisfying meal.
