“Sam's Pizza for the win. I walked in for my pick up today and was treated like family. I had not been there for a while and was greeted by name and handed my pizza before I could even get my wallet. They were also very busy but not busy enough to treat everyone there the same as they treated me. Of course the pizza and garlic bread were amazing. This place is a Wausau landmark for a reason. “Hands down best pizza around. We use to order Toppers all the time but so glad we stopped and decided to order from here. The ingredients are always fresh, the garlic bread is so darn good and the customer service is fantastic! Plus they send awesome coupons to your email. We just ordered a large family pizza with 6 different toppings, garlic bread and cookie dough with a 50% off coupon we got it all for $14.“

“During a non-busy time, we had to wait over 20 mins for a server. would have been longer if one of their good servers wouldn't have noticed us sitting there for that long and not even have drinks. He went and got our server who didn't apologize and acted like nothing happened. she then continued to ignore us throughout our meal, even walking past the table while a empty drink glass sits at the end of it. after about 10 mins I had to ask a different employee for a refill. if you like to be ignored cone to wausau mine. we will not be returning.“

“I stopped in on Christmas Eve morning about 10:30 to get a couple pizzas. The manager was preparing pizzas for the online orders. In the short time I was there he took care of people coming for pick ups, took phone orders, and made pizzas for the walk-in customers. In the half hour I was there he made about 25 pizzas. I was very impressed by his politeness, ambition and a great attitude. Oh and the pizzas were great.“

“Always have great service , came in for fish fry . One person in our party was going to get mashed potatoes, but waitress said you only have brown gravy ! What no chicken gravy, so looked at menu you serve breakfast, have country fried steak with Country Gravy , but you can't get it for mashed potatoes. Not everyone wants brown gravy .“

“Ate at the Wausau location twice last week (once dine in and once for takeout). Both times the food I ordered was amazing! Bread sticks were hot, workers were pleasant, even the nice young man (Trevor) who cooked our food came out to ask how our food was (that was the time we ordered dine in). Pumpkin cheesecake is AMAZEBALLS!! The pizza pasta I ordered for take out was also so good! If it’s been awhile since eating there, or had a bad experience in the past, give it another try please. “My dad called ahead asking what deals they had , originally speaking with Tracy. She was so helpful and patient with my dad. We were visiting our grandma and my dad with our niece and daughter. I called back to place the order and again spoke with Tracy who was so patient and kind over the phone. She gave us our exact total so we were prepared for the driver. Our food arrived faster than promised and was hot and delicious! Grace delivered our order and was friendly and bubbly! She was such a sweetheart and informed us that it was only she and Tracy who were working that day and they were short staffed. This friendly and positive attitudes would not Have shown that as well as the great quality of the food. Their pleasant service deserves to be recognized.
