“Handicap accessible, warm environment and EXCELLENT STAFF. We LOVE this place- for possibly not the reasons you think! Every Friday, my disabled mother and I take a trip to Sammy’s- it’s her favorite place. They are handicap accessible and have done their absolute best to make her feel comfortable and welcomed. Nearly every business is ‘handicap accessible’, but I cannot think of a single place that goes out of their way to treat her with such dignity and respect. Also, the bathrooms make wheelchair transfer extremely EASY! when your loved one is disabled, it is certainly easy to go on high alert to make sure that they are getting treated well. I have NEVER had that feeling at Sammy’s, and I know that she feels so empowered/seen by the staff. Seems insignificant, but when this is your only social interaction, it becomes VERY very important. The food is incredible, but the environment is a no-brainer to us. The staff works hard and you can tell that they embody the values of the owners. We LOVE this place!“

“Definitely my first time here, very nice place, the burger was definitely good and the tenders that my niece got were good to. I will say, I just wish the waiter didn't act like he was upset. Will still come back again down the road to try more options.“

“Stopped in for breakfast under the new ownership. We were very pleased. Biscuits and gravy were hot and tasty. Husband had a skillet which he said was also very good. Good service and nice chat with Angel! Will definitely be back!“

“Culvers consistently has such good custard for a chain restaurant. Always know it will be good and the staff will friendly. And the butter burgers are yummy.
Kid-friendliness: Always a treat to take my grandson for lunch.“

“This place is one of the best musical venues I've been to, and I've been everywhere! The music room is intimate and the acoustics are amazing. I had a great dinner for a reasonable price, steak sandwich and corn nuggets. And the staff and patrons are nothing short of amazing. I felt like I was home with friends. Exceptional!!“

“Met our son and daughter-in-law for lunch half way between their town and our town ! Never been there before Enjoyed the small town place to eat! “Stopped for dinner after attending a sporting event at N Boone HS. The bartender (who was the only one working so she was also our server) was super friendly. You could tell she was busy, but she made time to check on us and get drink refills. The food was really good - awesome fries! They had some kind of bingo/trivia event going on, and it looked like everyone was having a good time.“
“Cougar lanes has great food and drinks. They also have a beautiful volleyball court with outdoor seating. The bowling is reasonable and they run specials. The lanes are very nice and there is a small arcade area too. They have glow bowling and leagues as well.“

“We were coming home on Rte 14 from Wisconsin and decided to stop. They are very friendly and the food was excellent. If we didn’t live so far 1 1/2 away, this would be a regular stop for us, what a great fine“

“Heard about this place and had to try it. It’s the only lake front bar on Lake Delavan!The bar is long and narrow, but the bar stools are great, they have backs! Lots of windows (not everyone likes a dark bar), and a wonderful view of the lake. Dean was a great personable bar tender. Fantastic ribeye steak sandwich. So there!“

“We sat outside on a beautiful August evening. While we typically are not fans of live music because it's usually too loud to have a conversation, the entertainment on the patio was not too loud and actually quite soothing. The service was great and the food was delicious. Would definitely go back.“
