Also, I believe I am a patty melt Connoisseur — and theirs is probably the best in the stateline. I’m also big into that taco salad. The drinks are cheap and the patio out back is stupendous. “Nice sports bar with plenty of TVs, tables, and booths as well as bar seating. Had a fair selection of draft beers. I enjoyed some of the old Kentucky. It is a one pound fried chicken breast with Swiss cheese, lettuce, and tomato on a bun. Came with a side. All five of us in our party got our food quickly and enjoyed it.“

“Had a group of 19 women in for lunch today. Went in last week to let staff know we were coming on Monday at 11 am. I arrived, no tables were set up and I had to help arrange tables. All of our meals were very good. There was a huge variety on the menu choices. I asked our waitress if I might have a gift card ( $10 or $15) to draw from among the women. Was told the manager could not get ahold of the owners to ask if this was okay. Really? Anyway, every 2 months I make a reservation for us all to go to lunch. Never been turned down before. The food was very good. Ordered a Denver omelette with wheat toast and it came with a hash brown and I also ordered a small stack of pancakes. The Denver omelette was filled with ham, green, bell peppers, jalapeños, and onions. Very delicious. The omelette was the good omelette made with pure egg and no other substance, so if you want a fluffy omelette with like milk or cream or something in it, this isn’t the place to go
Pancakes were delicious probably one of the best pancakes I’ve had in the long time

Service was very good and attentive. I’m not sure if they were the owners or what it was two females and very accommodating and friendly.

I would love to see this place do well because you truly know it’s a Locally owned spot and it would be good for the community to have a good diner/coffee shop

Their prices are incredibly reasonable, food comes in large portions, staff has outstanding customer service, the food tastes great, and restaurant was very clean. It took us an hour and a half & 3 requests for two diet Pepsis, and then she brought one regular Pepsi (a person in our group is diabetic!).
