“We love everything about BOXCARS Pub & Grub, but the music is our favorite. We attend almost every show in The Room on the Corner of Front & Allen and at The LOT - Lightning Outdoor Theatre, and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!“

“If you're hungry, this is an oasis! Traditional Diner with a huge menu. Super friendly service, very clean and great food. There is parking for the largest vehicles and probably more parking than any Diner I've ever visited.
If you're hungry this is the perfect place!“

“The food is really good. The kids meal is good too and they get a good size ice cream cup with 2 toppings.
The waiting line is a little crowded as people who already ordered wait in the same small space as those waiting to order.
Fortunately, there are a lot of cashiers.
I would recommend this restaurant.“

“I Love this place !!! All of the meals are Delisciuos, and the portions are perfect. I always have the Best Coffee here. My favorite meal is the Walleye. You must try one of their Omlets.“

“We (5 people)showed up around 1:45 pm unaware of their hours(out of towners)...Waitress told us their hours but said it was ok to serve us...Needless to say we were there approximately one hour...Waitress,manager were great to us..Food was fablous too.. 4 star rating..We look forward to going there multiple of times while visiting Janesville.“

“Our family was passing through and looking for somewhere different to eat. Decide on Doc's. Right away the young lady at the counter was very friendly and accommodating with menu recommendations. Adelina was awesome! Wife and I got the zesty burger, one daughter got the classic and the other the chicken tenders. Food was fabulous. Burgers were cooked perfectly and the zesty burger had amazing flavor! Also not greasy at all. Chicken tenders were cooked perfectly. Both the seasoned fries and regular were very good. Kids got a free ice cream so the adults got some great shakes as a dessert. Definitely a 5 star place and experience!“

“Last night my husband and I had dinner at Poison Ivy. We had baked cod with brussel sprouts and cole slaw. The portion was large (we both left food on our plates!) and the food was delicious! The fish was amazing - flaky and perfectly cooked.“

“Our family of five needed a quick stop for lunch off the highway and this place delivered. Very understated from the exterior, the interior was clean with comfortable tables and booths and fun sports memorabilia with many TVs in place. We enjoyed Spotted Cow on tap, some cheese curds, and the Rib Eye steak. Friendly and prompt service, clean bathrooms. The kids menus had regular fare with decent prices. The robot delivery was a nice extra.“
