The menu is vast, so it takes a few minutes to look over all the option. After Tori made a few suggestions based on what we mentioned we were use to ordering we made our choices. Maybe 10 minutes went by and our food was delivered to the table, cooked to perfection. It really started our day off in a great way.“

This place is the bomb from the food to the service to the atmosphere! We started with the Spin Dip with fried Naan. The dip could have used a touch more seasoning like chili pepper or salt, but it was pretty good otherwise. We each had the Prime Rib sandwich with sweet potato fries and regular fries. The steak was juicy, tender with lots of mushrooms and onions. The hubs doest’t like mayo so I used the mayo with Worcestershire sauce as fry dip which was very good to me.

There about 16-20 boat slips available depending on the size of the boat. Live music in the summer and meat raffles in the Winter. Fun drinks in Mini buckets, corn home, and Adirondack chairs.

We drove an hour to get here, and will definitely keep them on our list for future visits.“

“Did car side pick up, which is really nice to do. Ordered Fiesta Lime chicken for the first time. The rice was bland and dry. The chicken was cooked okay but had no flavor, even with the melted cheese on it. And the tortilla strips had no salt or flavor and they were not crunchy. Plus I did not get any Pico! Needless to say I was disappointed. In the future I'll stick with the Oriental Chicken salad, which is great.“

If they're full there will still be a wait and that they're not sure why someone told me to call because they're "call ahead" wait list doesn't start until about 4:30pm/5pm. She said she would just add me to that list when they start it later tonight. Then I call back to let them know that my party had gotten a little smaller, as a courtesy to them, and I was told they had no knowledge that I had ever even called!!! Three phone calls were made and no communication was passed along. Red Robin, please learn how to communicate with each other. Train your staff on your policy for your "call ahead" dinner wait list so that every employee is on board of how it works. I found somewhere else to go to that GUAREENTED no wait for us. I highly suggest you use your down time when you're not busy to get better organized. Also, when I told Jessica, the manager, that it's fine and we would just find somewhere else to go, she simply replied with, "that's fine and have a great night." She expected me to know the names of all the people I talked to. Umm, shouldn't you know my name and party information since I've called three times?
