“Super tasty, wholesome food at reasonable prices. We've enjoyed the Mexican dishes and breakfast specialties and love them all. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is first rate. It's our new Milton favorite!Vegetarian options: Several of the breakfast specials are vegetarian and there are great lunch options too.“
“It was my first time dining at Fredrick's Supper Club after just learning about this fine establishment. I was truly impressed. I had an extraordinary cut of Prime Rib with baked potato, which was baked to perfection, I might add. My colleague had the Diablo Pasta that was described as being absolutely delicious. I look forward to my next visit to Milton and another exceptional dining experience.“
“We've never been there before, and I never do reviews, but my wife and I and our friends went there and loved it. The food was perfect. The service was perfect. And we can't say enough good about the staff. We will recommend to family and friends ,and we will return. We had Friday fish.“
“I called shortly before noon to see if Kosh could accommodate a retirement party of 35-40 people inside, due to weather outside. They were so helpful and said no problem!! They had tables reserved for us when we arrived at 500. Service, food, & drinks were all excellent! Thank you so much for your accommodations. Will be back again!!“
“I was so happy to see GF Chicken Strips on the menu. They're quite tasty. The bartender is always friendly with a good bartenders' wit. Service is always quick, whether it's alcohol or food. Great neighborhood bar and grill with a great, cozy atmosphere.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free chicken strips!!“
“My husband and I visited April 6th to watch the evening show of Fiddler on the Roof. The food was amazing, and so was the performance! Our only gripe was when we arrived at the recommended arrival time, the previous show was just getting out and made getting disability parking (and unloading) very tricky. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to shop in the gift shops, due to the lost time.Parking: Plenty of parking spots, but gets crazy if you arrive in between shows.Wheelchair accessibility: Call to get tickets, instead of using the website. The seating is to the rear of the theater. (See my photo of the stage, to get a perspective.)A lot of the hallways rise and fall in elevation. (Take it slow.)“
“Was itching for some good salmon and came across this place. While I was initially hesitant I am so glad we followed through and came here. Not only was the food delicious, the atmosphere was warm and the server was amazing. Even the chef had come out to check on our meal. 10 out of 10 recommend coming here. Absolutely perfect dinner date spot.“
“Food was absolutely wonderful, prime rib sandwiche mad perfectly, drinks were great. Waitress, and hostess were great took great care of my wife and I. Only thing mote low top tables.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps at front and back, but only 2 low top tables.“
“Excellent bar and diner. The service is friendly and knowledgeable. The menu has great dishes to order.Had their blue gill dinner and it was excellent. Highly recommend for a great place and pleasant atmosphere to dine in with great food.“
“I don't come here much, but when I do, it's typically lunchtime. At that time, it's pretty mellow, which is perfect for good conversations with your friends or family. The burgers there are amazing, and on Thursdays, their special is chicken. It's definitely a bang for your buck, though don't take my word for it and try it out. EnjoyParking: It is kinda full on the streets at times, but there is parking in the back or across the streetKid-friendliness: I mean, there is obviously some drinking going on in there, I think your best times doing it is in the morning or lunch time, nothing after that.Wheelchair accessibility: The front door is seems like it would fit a wheelchair and if I remember correctly the back has a wheelchair access as well.“
“I had breakfast, a Denver skillet with raisin toast. Absolutely delicious! My waitress was very nice and attentive. Friendly atmosphere with delicious food and I can see why it’s a favorite for locals!Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking available. No steps to get into restaurant.“
“What a great dining experience with my 3 granddaughters. The cashier Sonya was very patient and helpful assisting each of the girls with their kids meal options. The order arrived quickly and was correct. The dining area had plenty of tables to choose from but some tables needed to be cleaned. We had enough saved tokens to get a Culver's prize. They chose a kick-ball and Sonya offered to inflate the ball for them. Wow, great service with a smile. This really made our visit special! We came back about 1.5 hours later to use custard coupons from kids meal. Again, great service and really enjoyed Custard of the Day.Kid-friendliness: The cashier had a handy chart showing the different options for a kid's meal. My kiddos could look at the pictures and choose the items they wanted quickly and easily.“
“This used to be my favorite bar when I was younger. I stopped in recently for a beer after years of not coming. Nothing has changed. Still the great little bowling alley, and great little dive bar feel they've always been. Friendly staff, it's a bar you feel comfortable in!“
“We had our daughters wedding at Riverstone Friday 9/22/2023 and would highly recommend it for your wedding venue!Mark & Patti (owners), you guys, your venue and staff are all amazing and made our daughters day the best day of her life in her words. We would also agree and from start to finish was a beautiful and special day. Heard from lot of our guests how nice venue and food was. Special shout outs to Hailley (coordinator),Laurie (bartender), and Enrique (serving staff) who all did such an excellent job and apologize if spelled any names wrong.Riverstone is a gem with great value for what you get and the service puts it over the top!Mark & Patti you are very nice people and very good at what you do so keep it up! We will forever be grateful and wish you the very best.Sincere Thanks,Brett & Viki Irwin“
“Just spent the last few hours at this bar and my heart just feels so full. Spent time sitting with the owners and bar tenders just chatting and sharing laughs and stories. Heard so much love and support of each other being shared no matter what our background was and who we love or be. That as long as we are kind that’s all that matters. Knowing that there is a community of people that will always be such a huge voice of support for our community especially right now. There is an attacking being on the queer community starting with drag and the fact every month drag bingo sells out and has repeated customers and inside jokes between groups. It’s just really an uplifting thing and wish everyone had access to a bar like this.“
“I came here for an event, and it was a cute little space! Luckily, for how packed it was, they have a great side yard that is a patio for seating and an additional bar space. Inside is smaller and has a long bar with some seating along the sides. I ordered a burger and fries while there and it was delicious! I cannot wait to come back and try more!“
“If you want a fun experience and love bloody Mary's, this is the place to go on Sunday morning, and the food is also excellent. The chicken melts in your mouth. The shrimp and fish baskets are excellent, and the baskets are only 4 dollars each on Sundays. I am sure this will become a every Sunday thing for “
“First time here,Is Saturday afternoon.I ordered the prime rib special. It was outstanding... very tender, delicious to the last bite.I'll be back!!!!To try other dishes..Check this place as soon as you get a chance.Fantastic service.Place is right at the Rock river's edge.My wife ordered the brisket sandwich, it was big. She really enjoyed it.Thank Island Bar.“
“We go here often and tonight I tried the filet mignon with blackened seasoning with crumble blue cheese and it was absolutely amazing! Angel our waitress was amazing too!! I have never rated them before but tonight, everything was so perfect I had too!! Definitely a must for supper clubs!“
“One of only 2 bars in Janesville with a second floor. It does make for a nice view. I was only here to get a drunk and saw they've got a nice Sunday special. They were quite busy and it seemed like their food was good. I'll have to go back again and try some.“
“Fabulous fish! Greg, the owner, does everything he can to make sure everyone is seen when they come in and keeps them updated on any wait times. Staff does a great job checking in on customers, ensuring they have what they need. This isn't your basic, run of the mill bar food..... please stop out and try it for yourself.“
“I stopped for lunch on a Monday at Noon, and I ordered the Hot Turkey sandwich along with a cup of soup. The soup was good, a little on the thick side, but I liked it. You could tell the Hot Turkey was sliced in house because it was thick pieces of very tender and juicy Turkey that was covered in a rich gravy. The mashed potatoes were good. Everything at this meal was good. The service was quick, and the place was clean and organized.Very good value for the money. I will be back.“
“I've never been to a culverts I didn't like. Good tasting food and custard.Parking: Plenty of parking all the way around the building.Kid-friendliness: Of course it's kid friendly, they even have scoopie nights to help kid's organizations.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and sloped walk, they will even come open the door for you.“
“Food was pretty good. Just your normal family style food. Reminds me of my family's cooking. Service was really good and friendly. The place is super clean and well kept. Bathroom was also very clean which is always good cause sometimes the bathrooms can be iffy.“
“Loved everything about the cafe food wise and the tables. Also loved they had a little nook for kiddos to play. The only negative thing I would say is that they need to mop there floors? I put new clothes/socks on my 13 month old daughter and they were completely BLACK along with her hands from her crawling/walking on the floor and she smelled musty(like the floor hasn't been cleaned in god knows how long) so that is really nasty. I would definitely come again but maybe don't have your kiddos wear nice clothes???“
“Very friendly. Laughed a lot. Conversed with others. Great bathroom! Clean, refreshing. Nice surprise in a bar bathroom. Had some good luck. Had a great time. I haven't been there since it was the sand Trap. Much nicer and friendlyer. Thankyou!“
“Absolutely wonderful place. Had the prixe fix tonight which included sweet potato and bacon ravioli, risotto, and green tomato sorbet.Simply put, the sweet potato and bacon ravioli tasted like a loaded baked potato wrapped up inside ravioli. The risitto was absolutely nuts. First off, the risotto was more liquidy than I was used to, not quite soupy but also not the thick rice I was used to. Maybe most importantly to me, I was a little unsure about the duck because I've had it a time or two and it was less than special. This time I could tell it was different than chicken or turkey, it had a very distinct and specific flavor I've never tasted before. The way it blended with the risotto was absolutely amazing. Each piece of the risotto went amazingly well with each of the other pieces, any pair of ingredients mixing together to form another distinct and stand out flavor. The goat cheese and fig, while few and small in volume, really gave a small treat to each bite they were included in and added a lot of depth. The dish, while fantastic on its own, was not complete with the encompassing balsamic. It really brought the whole dish together and brought it to whole other level. As for dessert, I was very curious as to how this mix of seemingly random fall ingredients would taste. Surprisingly, it was fantastic and most certainly unique. This was much like the risotto in terms of pieces and depth. A sweet desert turned almost savory with the addition of the salty Ritz cracker crumble around the chedder cheese. Unsure of how it would blend, I was pleasently surprised particularly at how well the pumpkin mixed with the chedder and Ritz crumble. That flavor profile paired well with the green tomato sorbet and especially well with the apple strips. Not my favorite thing in the world but not at all bad and certainly very unique. At least I thought it was, might be a more common combination than I think. The level of creativity here gives it a lot or extra points in my book.Overall, very good. Dessert was more interesting than great for the restaurant and the sweet potato and bacon ravioli was almost disappointingly familiar. The main course was one of my favorite things I've ever had and definitely something I would look to replicate on my own in the future.Disclaimer: I am just a random college kid who likes to eat, I don't actually know anything about food. I am literally just spouting words. Love this restaurant and it inspired me to cook fancy for myself and family. My girlfriend thought it was fun to read my review over text and told me to post it so here it is!“
“Overall we had a good experience. Our server was supreme and the food was delicious. It was very crowded, and we waited 25 minutes before they texted us that our table was ready. When we arrived to get seated, there was yet another line to wait in before we were seated. What's the point of the digital wait list if we have to go and wait in-person anyway?“
“Went for breakfast and was about to leave. Wanted to let the waitress know we were leaving so I told the bartender. She asked if there was anything wrong and I just told her we were looking for a traditional breakfast. So she proceeds to show me where on the menu it is actually literally spelled out Traditional Breakfast. So we stayed as embarrassed as we were and it was a phenomenal breakfast. Good times.“
“Seems like things have changed for the better there. Music is no longer loud, and service is better.Parking: Free parking lot and street parking, but it fills very quickly in the morning.Kid-friendliness: Certainly kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: There are only 2 handicap spots near the ramped sidewalk, wide enough doors for wheelchair.“
“Went to Yetti's for the first time last night. It was quite busy (which I think is normal for them). As we walked in, the bartender noticed that we were looking for 2 seats, & pointed out to us 2 that were about to be vacated (appreciated!) The atmosphere is great, and it felt very clean. I had fish tacos. They were the most AMAZING fish tacos I've ever had. The service was great.I *HIGHLY* recommend you check it out.*Update: went back tonight and wanted those fish tacos. Unfortunately, they were out of fish and I got the shrimp tacos. The cook came out and apologized to me. I feel he went over and above.“
“We stopped in for an early dinner after hearing good things about their food. We were not disappointed! We ordered a brisket sandwich and a pulled pork sandwich. The flavors were great, servings generous and the meat tender. Our waitress was welcoming, friendly and attentive. We are looking forward to coming back again soon.“
“We at the Lake House Inn tonight, on a whim, and were pleasantly delighted. The Old Fashioned’s were SO delicious! Our server greeted us with a smile, some warm bread, and ridiculously good honey butter. Each meal came with a good sized starter (salad, soup, and Mac’n cheese for our kiddo). The Prime rib was perfect! The shrimp pasta was creamy and delicious! And the chicken strips with honey mustard sauce (recommend by their bartender) hit the spot. What a hidden gem! We’ll be back soon!“
“Had a great time soon as we walked in. The young gal came up and helped us out with everything and made us feel at home. We were out in the Boonies and Sunset Bar had one of the greatest burgers I tried, the jalapeño burger. Amazing and Friendly placeKid-friendliness: Daughter laughing and loving there view ?“
“Always super clean, and fast! Also..just about the only place left around that will go out of their way to accomodate your needs.Vegetarian options: My daughter loves their grilled cheese and mashed potatoesKid-friendliness: I would definitely say yes. Much like DQ, kids get ice cream for a treatWheelchair accessibility: This place will literally come to the door for you.Dietary restrictions: They will definitely accomodate as much as possible for a more enjoyable experience“
“We love the friendly, welcoming atmosphere. It fits the adage of "you are never a stranger here" to a tee! Food is what you expect at a pub but always delicious. There are several items on the menu that are unexpected, such as the Philly style pizza that give the menu a unique flair. Great burgers, great pizzas and always a cold beverage.“
“This is my second time trying this restaurant and I have to say, the food and service are fantastic. It’s such a convenient stop if you tend to travel just over the Wisco/Illini border frequently. The prices are good and I have no complaints about the food. I’d definitely recommend the pancakes and their coffee is delicious as well. Quick service, genuinely friendly waitresses.. can’t say enough good things about this place.“
“Sammy's Place is outstanding!!! Owners are on site at all times, and very friendly to their patrons. Service is well trained and if something is wrong they are quick to fix any issues without hesitation. Full menu of different varieties from Greek to American, gyros to fish....both amazing...GREAT FAMILY ENVIRONMENT and with full bar...Amazing dining experience“
“This was my first time me and my wife eat there for sure will come back. "Cracker Barrel offers a cozy atmosphere with delicious comfort food. Their menu has a wide variety of Southern favorites, and the service is always friendly. A great spot for a hearty meal and a taste of Southern hospitality."“
“I was a little confused when I saw this advertised as "The World's Largest Culver's" as I drove towards it. It's literally just as big as any other Culver's so it must only have that title by like 10m² lmfao. Food came out fast and was nice and hot. The staff were really nice too!Overall no complaints 8.5/10“
“I've only been twice but so far so good. You can play your own music. Pretty big establishment where you can dance or sit at the bar or table. They have slot machines. There is a smoking area with sitting. A mixture of people go here. Bartenders are friendly and personable.“
“Food & Service were great! It's more of a bar atmosphere, so maybe leave the kids home unless you want them to learn some unsavory language. Overall a great place to watch the game, have great food and an adult beverage with like minded folks.“
“I was on a date with my boyfriend when we were both lured in by the delicious smells of burgers. We had never eaten here before, and I had the bacon cheeseburger and fries. This was one of the best bacon cheeseburgers I had ever tasted, and the fries were amazing! Service was fast and excellent too.“
“What a great atmosphere! Mandy was super attentive and extremely nice to our family. The cross promotion of Grays Brewery beer and root beer is a nice touch. The curds, fish fry and shrimp were delicious. Thank you for a great experience!“
“Jamocha Shake baby!!!!We also get roast beef and buns etc for Xmas and it's fabulous.Sliders are off the chain... beef and cheddar are not as great as I remember, the cheese sauce has changed, still yummy just not as super yummy!!I have yet to be "served" by someone that didnt make me feel like they were happy to see me(the customer).Thank you Arby's for your yummy deliciousness!!“
“Visited twice for lunch in Feb 2024. The first time I had chicken tenders with tator-tots and cheese curds. Excellent tenders made with batter and not your typical crumb breading. Cheese curds were really good, as would be expected in Wisconsin. The second time I tried their Cuban sandwich, but I would not recommend it. It was disappointing - served on ciabatta bread with what seemed black forest ham and pulled pork. It was not pressed like a cubano should. The atmosphere was your typical sports bar. At lunch time it was rather quiet.“
“Just had the best experience at the Outpost! We chose it because it had vegetarian options as well as a fish fry, and we are glad we did. The fish fry, the service and the atmosphere were all great. We had a nice seat by the fire, but I imagine in the warmer months it will be just as nice to sit on the patio and look at the lake.“
“Ate lunch at 1:30. Only a few other customers in the restaurant. No wait for seating, or drinks. We needed a few minutes to look over the menu, since it has been awhile since last visit. The Cinnamon Roll pancakes are awesome. Couldn't brag them up enough. Two very large pancakes would have been more than enough, but the meal came with 2 eggs, and 2 pieces of meat. I didn't want the hashbrowns, so I upgraded to a very delightful fresh fruit bowl (apple & banana slices and also grapes). The waitress was very nice, attentive, and prompt.Overall an excellent experience.“
“This was our first time ever at a Red Robin and we were a bit nervous but the extensive allergen menu helped us feel like we would be safe to order.Sam the waiter made dinner fun and safe for my young kids with food allergies. The food was great and everyone had fun.Dietary restrictions: I have 3 kids under 7 with food allergies and Red Robin was the easiest place to order food. Their allergens menu was easy to use, and the Waiter Sam was concerned about an item so we double checked and so did he that it would be safe. The food came with allergen flags to let us know they had taken extra care with the food. And the true testament to how seriously they take allergies is that despite the varied food allergies and the kids ordering each other's allergens they all had a great time and no one got sick!!!I would recommend Red Robin to anyone with food allergies as they took the allergies seriously and took great care of us.Kid-friendliness: The food was quick to come out. Cooked well! The sides were kid friendly and bottomless letting my broccoli monster and my French fry monster eat what they wanted.“
“One of the best diners I've ever been too. This was our first time. The owner (just assuming) was super inviting. He gave me 9 year old 50cents to get the treats or tattoos from the machines (he does it with all the kids). The server was phenomenal and so sweet. Like she knew exactly what you were looking for by the explanation. I had French toast and hash delicious. My son has doctored up pancakes with whip cream though he declined the sprinkles. Bacon was also cooked to perfection. Not too fatty. A good crisp with a melt in your mouth pieces. Wish I would have ordered the pie but I was so full I couldn't but they looked so good.“
