“The food was okay but they have limited veggies. Only had carrots to offer but I was grateful when she said they could substitute with broccoli… until I received it. It was a small cup with 3 broccoli in it lol. Friendly staff and clean looking restaurant.“

“We went to Fredrick’s for the first time and had some of the best food we’ve ever had. The chef spoke with us personally before our meal came then checked back later on. Excellent food, service and atmosphere.“

“This was a great experience, 1st time in a Culver’s, bus of 50 people. Friendly, fast, and ready to please. Took a group photo for us and offered to walk us to the bus with an umbrella because it was raining, food was delicious!“

“This is a true hidden gem. A great place to watch the sun set and relax. It was pretty quiet when we went. They had a special for pasta with salad bar on Saturday and both were quite tasty. Also, they have fantastic wings.
The price is right. Definitely will go here again and show friends and family this gem 💎“

“We (5 people)showed up around 1:45 pm unaware of their hours(out of towners)...Waitress told us their hours but said it was ok to serve us...Needless to say we were there approximately one hour...Waitress,manager were great to us..Food was fablous too.. 4 star rating..We look forward to going there multiple of times while visiting Janesville.“

“Did car side pick up, which is really nice to do. Ordered Fiesta Lime chicken for the first time. The rice was bland and dry. The chicken was cooked okay but had no flavor, even with the melted cheese on it. And the tortilla strips had no salt or flavor and they were not crunchy. Plus I did not get any Pico! Needless to say I was disappointed. In the future I'll stick with the Oriental Chicken salad, which is great.“

“The staff was excellent!!!! Now getting your hands dry after washing them - Terrible!!!! Paper Towel holder that was full wouldn’t put out towels and I can blow more air out of my mouth than their Super Small hand dryer put out!!!! As for the Food, the Fish was good last night, but was given the wrong fry’s, and didn’t like drink selection on the pop machine. Now I also bought a Rueben sandwich for work today and I think it has to be the second best that I’ve ever hand in life for Corned Beef.“

“DOESN'T RECOMMEND!! (the fact that there is no way for me to change it to "doesn't recommend is pretty concerning. You have this set up to only say thay someone does recommend?? 🤔) Today is my birthday. I've always loved Red Robin and wanted to eat there tonight with my family. I called Monday on my lunch break and they said they don't take reservations and to call back the morning of around 11am so that I can put my name down for the dinner rush for that evening. So, I call back today around 11am, like I was told and was told they can't do that. If they're full there will still be a wait and that they're not sure why someone told me to call because they're "call ahead" wait list doesn't start until about 4:30pm/5pm. She said she would just add me to that list when they start it later tonight. Then I call back to let them know that my party had gotten a little smaller, as a courtesy to them, and I was told they had no knowledge that I had ever even called!!! Three phone calls were made and no communication was passed along. Red Robin, please learn how to communicate with each other. Train your staff on your policy for your "call ahead" dinner wait list so that every employee is on board of how it works. I found somewhere else to go to that GUAREENTED no wait for us. I highly suggest you use your down time when you're not busy to get better organized. Also, when I told Jessica, the manager, that it's fine and we would just find somewhere else to go, she simply replied with, "that's fine and have a great night." She expected me to know the names of all the people I talked to. Umm, shouldn't you know my name and party information since I've called three times? Won't be back anytime soon 😡 (Janesville, WI location)“

“I've been there a few times this winter, especially since they have their Senior Lunch special between 1-3PM !!! Everything has been really good, service has been just fine !!! This Old Veteran has been happy, especially with the lunch prices on my way and back from the Madison VA., Wish the had a bit longer Senior specials !!! 5/26/26.“
