The quality of the Sheboygan, WI Panera is declining. More lettuce than turkey and bread with crusts so tough that it was difficult to eat. I seem to remember a time when the turkey was sliced. This sandwich had finely chopped turkey, almost like turkey salad. (The Roasted Turkey Avocado BLT ).
