Saw this place on a "chicken tenders tour" video! Figured, why not! Walked in and was ignored for over 10 min by the bartender who was completely wasted herself just paying attention to the crowd at the end of the bar serving and taking shots! FINALLY the other bartender walks up and asks "do you need a drink" my response after 10 min of being completely ignored.. "that would be nice".
