This was, without a doubt, the best food truck I’ve eaten at yet. The beef was incredible, au jus amazing, marinara was to die for, and the garlic butter fries… just get them, don’t think about it. And you HAVE to try the cannoli’s. Everything was amazing and we will definitely be back whenever they come around.

Papa Saletris is an actual Chicago Style Food Truck serving proper Italian Beef sandwiches. The Italian Beef with Hot Gardinara and a Side of Extra Flavorful Au Jus is definitely worth it. The beef is incredible, au jus amazing, marinara was to die for, and the garlic butter fries are a must. Try the cannoli’s too. The meat is tender and flavorful, with plenty of giardiniera and sweet peppers. They use a family recipe for making their Italian beef sandwiches from a beef roast. The fresh bread, slow roasted beef, flavorful au jus and hot peppers make for a great Chicago hot beef. The bread gets beautifully soggy without falling apart. From the first bite to the last it is absolutely perfect. This is the best food truck and the best beef ever had in Wisconsin.
