We visited for the first time on a Saturday evening. There were a number of open lanes and we didn't have to wait. We rented shoes for our group of 4 and paid for 3 games which came to $50 ($12.50 each). Shoes were in pretty good shape with Velcro tabs, except for my husband's size 13, which had a loose/blown seam on one shoe. The bowling was great. There were a number of balls to use though it was tough finding ones that had large enough finger holes without being too heavy....read full review
The staff was amazing and extremely kind and helpful. Even with 4 other birthday parties going on they made sure to come around and make sure everything was going good. They even gave us candles for our birthday cake because we forgot ours. We will definitely be coming back

Very friendly staff, fast service, wonderful people. Lanes worked great, no problems with ball return, pins setting, etc. Pizza came fast, overall everything good. Went mid-day, was quiet and family-friendly. Other families with small kids there too.
