“talking to PR cambodia - the Napalese Lounge has NEVER been anything but professional in working with customers. I have been going there for more than 30 years - I've bartended, I've performed, and I've been a customer. I've been through 3 owners - Mel Locke, Annie and now Butchy and Stacy. I have never seen them anything but professional - Butchy is a great bartender and owner. he's always talking to customers and trying to help them fit in what ever niche they need. If you had a problem with the owner, you should probably look inward and see what you might have done to alienate the staff and how you can change your experience for a more positive one. Butchy is a phenomenal owner and bartender. I hope you can stop in and try the Naps again. They have shows on Saturdays and are very crowded. And the food is great. Hope you stop in again.“

“We sort of stumbled on this restaurant. We intended to visit the Cardinal’s crest gastropub in the upstairs of the Legacy Hotel but it was too busy due to a concert at the Resch. So glad we ended up here because the food and service was amazing! The Chilean see bass was like butter and the crab cakes as well as the soup and salad were done perfectly. Will definitely be back!“

Parking: It is a little bit of a walk from the lot to the building so don’t plan on parking close to the door

I spent last night throwing because I ate onions in a wrap I requested no onions for. A few days before, my burger showed up with onions as well. “The new menu is out of this world delicious. 🤤 Tried the sampler platter, Perch Plate, and Parm encrusted Salmon. The salmon plate rivaled big city eateries we have tried that are double the price or more. The front of house staff will make or break this establishment in the long run. I waited 15-20 minutes for a margarita refill seated at a table, and when the second one was eventually brought, it was made entirely different than the first. No sauces were served with the sampler platter, and the server claimed they didn't have any tartar sauce for the Perch, on a Friday. The new GM here is very ambitious and admirable. But his staff needs to match his energy, or many won't be returning.“

We were pleased with our meals- we split the combo appetizer as a table & it was a good portion for four people. We had an assortment of entrees - wraps, sandwiches, & the fried shrimp. It was all good & we actually all had some for leftovers so the portions are large. I got the grilled cheese & tomato bisque- the tomato bisque was delicious. All in all, we were pleased with this place & our experience.“
