“Fast service, clean restaurant, great friendly staff here, but the chicken seemed like it had been sitting around too long.. it wasn't nearly as fresh & hot as I'd like, but it was still good extra crispy chicken at 2 pm.The fries were just awful so I was disappointed. They were brown, over cooked, & barely warm to the touch. They looked nothing like they were shown on the menu, let's just say that. The fries tasted awful as well so I just threw them out after trying to eat them. Pics are included for comparison to the menu pics I took so you can see for yourselves what I'm talking about.The mashed potatoes were barely warm and not enough gravy for them in the cup. I'm used to getting hot mashed potatoes with lots of gravy at most other locations.I'll give them another chance another day in the future and, hopefully, everything food wise is better on that visit. Again, the service here was great!The coleslaw was fantastic as usual though! Nice & cold and very refreshing to eat. It's my favorite item they serve.“

“First time stopping at the location Madison East. The lady that helped me get my order was SO NICE. I live 50 minutes away and the food was still hot and fresh tasting when I got home. Tasty crispy fries and yummy chicken. Will definitely be back to try more menu items!“

“Food is amazing. Always hot and fresh! Best chicken and ribs hands down! Mild Sauce and hand cut fries! The sides are sooo good as well. I have had the dressing, yams, mac n cheese and spaghetti. Also the best catfish I have ever had. The only issue I have when I go there is deciding what to order because everything is so good. Even the next day the chicken and fries are good cold lol! Also they are very friendly. My entire family loves this place we drive from Beaver Dam weekly to eat here!“

“I work with Superior Ambulance. We just finished a call in the Madison area. My partner and I wanted to stop in before heading back to our station in Oshkosh. 30 mins to close and we couldn’t fit our ambulance through the drive thru. We walked down the drive thru and were met with the most kind, sincerest service my partner and I have ever experienced. They allowed us into their closed lobby and treated us incredibly well with their service, food, and hospitality. Everyone there was so friendly. Highly recommend this location. We will certainly be frequenting this store whenever we are in Madison next. Thank you to all who work there. We really didn’t expect any service since we were walking down the drive thru and it being so close to closing time, but we were blown away by your service!“
