Jimmy John's offers great toasted subs and good sandwiches in a clean and inviting environment. Customers appreciate the friendly and personable employees, making it one of the best locations. However, some have experienced slower service than usual, particularly when ordering through the app. There can be challenges with customizing sandwiches, as requests for different meats may be met with hesitation. Overall, it is a popular spot for those looking for tasty food and a welcoming atmosphere.
