I went to Mama T’s for the first time this past weekend and my only complaint is that I didn’t try it out sooner. Mama T’s has been on my radar as someone that lives in eastern Duluth but it’s about 30 minutes for me to get there from home, so hadn’t made it out there yet. After going there on Saturday, I would gladly make the drive over and over again!

Mama T's Smokin Eats is a restaurant recognized for its fantastic Cajun food and drinks. The staff is described as wonderful and courteous, making customers feel like family. The Pulled pork grilled cheese was heavenly, and the Mud burger was really good. The raspberry maple burger with poblano pepper cream cheese was also a hit, with the raspberry maple sauce being described as that good, though better on a waffle. Onion rings were outstanding and delicious, and the Russian sauce served with them was excellent. The sow slaw sammie was excellent also. The overall atmosphere and service are highlighted as the best parts of this establishment, which is seen as a welcome addition to the local dining scene.
