“Probably the best Starbucks location I've been to in the whole Midwest. Staff is always friendly and upbeat, even during a rush. Their ordering manager keeps items well stocked, and all staff is very knowledgeable and informed about the menu. Recently I placed a mobile order for an iced London fog latte only a few minutes before arriving, forgetting that that drink takes quite a long time to make. Somehow staff had it ready within seconds of me arriving and the flavor wasn't compromised in the slightest! I was very impressed!“

“DD had my all time favorite donut!!! All the donuts are shaped like a heart for Valentines Day. The young gal who helped us was awesome!!! She was the only worker in the store and she handled everything like a pro!!! Great customer service!!!“

“Worst service I have ever had. Kiosk was out of paper. Ended up ordering twice. Found out later charge went through, $50 plus bill. Never got the first order. Told manager. Said she was too busy. If your going to use kiosk, you better provide customer with a receipt.“

“I was intrigued by the building when I was dropping my kids off at sky zone and decided to give it a whirl I tried a blackberry lavender mocha and it was the best coffee I've had ever. t literally makes it in about 30 seconds and I went back today to redeem my free coffee, one of the owners happen to be there and let me peek inside and meet Frank the robot behind the magic. Getting to see the inner workings, the variety of drinks and fair pricing knowing I'm getting Stone Creek coffee just sealed the deal for me“

“First time here at the new location. I have been to Caribou Coffees before, but mainly in Minneapolis. I liked the inside lay out. Different areas for seating, and a well defined area for ordering. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I was interested in a special London Fog Latte. They did their best, but don't have Lavender Syrup. The drink could have used more foam (which I asked for), and was just "okay".

We sat outside on the patio. Unfortunately, it's pretty close to Capitol Drive which was busy and noisy.

There are plenty of other coffee shop choices that are better than this one.“
